Dr./ 911 Hang up, no answer when Communications called back. When
Officers arrived on scene the male resident had a seizure and required medical
attention. Handled by fire board at this time.

1535 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. /
Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways,
laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1608 hrs., 8100 block Annapolis Rd/ Disabled vehicle,
vehicle was stopped on the roadway with no driver around. When Officers
approached the vehicle the owner ran over to the car stating it was hers, she
stated the gas pedal was stuck and she was afraid to drive it. Officers
got the vehicle safely off the road and the owner was calling a tow truck.
1646 hrs., 6000 block 89th
Ave/ Suspicious persons, caller stated three males all dressed in black were
walking through yards. When officers arrived on scene a citizen advised
they were all walking towards Princess Garden Pkwy. Officers subsequently
observed them on a side street and stopped them. While speaking to the
males, one stated he had found a bag a suspected CDS on the ground and that is
what Officers could smell. The bag was collected and placed into property.

2023 Suspicious Person/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / subject was
sleeping on the grass area in the parking lot. Subject checked negative for
warrants and refused shelter services. REPORT WRITTEN

had a physical altercation. Parties were sitting calm upon arrival. Parties
were advised to file charges and provided case numbers for reference

boyfriend assaulted her. Upon arrival, female clothes were ripped and the
males. The complainant refused police services and wanted her boyfriend to
leave. The male packed his belongings and left. There were no signs of injury.
Male stated the female was going through weed withdrawals. The complainant
