0715 HOURS- TRAFFIC COMPLAINT- LAMONT DR. /GOOD LUCK RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A CROSSING GUARD ASSIGNMENT FOR STUDENTS OF LAMONT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. 

0820 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- OFFICERS RESPONDED AND OBSERVED A MALE SLEEPING IN HIS VEHICLE, FIRE BOARD RESPONDED  BECAUSE THE MALE WAS SUFFERING FROM A  MENTAL DISORDER AND DID NOT TAKE HIS MEDICATION. AMBO 830 TRANSPORTED THE MALE TO DOCTOR'S COMMUNITY HOSPITAL.  THE MALE'S VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN

0940 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1035 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR. 

1148 HOURS- THEFT – 6100 BLOCK 85TH AVENUE.- THE CALLER STATED THAT SHE PLACED AN ORDER ON AMAZON BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. OFFICERS RESPONDED, PROVIDED THE CALLER WITH CASE NUMBERS AND ADVISED THE CALLER TO CONTACT AMAZON AND REPORT THE INCIDENT.

1315 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7-ELEVEN- ALL CLEAR.

1420 HOURS- WELFARE CHECK- 5800 BLOCK RUNFORD DR.- CALLERS HUSBAND PASSED AWAY SEVERAL YEARS PRIOR, SHE LOCATED PROPERTY AND WANTED TO VERIFY THE LEGALITY OF TAKING POSSESSION OF THAT PROPERTY. OFFICERS RESPONDED, BUT THE CALLER WAS NOT HOME AND WAS ADVISED VIA TELEPHONE TO CONTACT POLICE UPON HER RETURN.

1428 HOURS- MUSIC COMPLAIN- 6100 BLOCK 85TH AVE.- THE CALLER STATED THAT THE NEIGHBOR IS PLAYING LOUD MUSIC IN THEIR VEHICLE. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.

1504 HOURS- ACCIDENT-7100 BLOCK OF GOODLUCK RD. - UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.


1518 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD. -  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.

1600 HOURS- FOUND PROPERTY- 5800 BLOCK RUNFORD DR.- (RETURN CALL)  CALLER CONTACTED NCPD PERSONNEL AND REQUESTED THEY RESPOND TO THE RESIDENCE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON LEGAL TRANSFER OF SPECIFIC PROPERTY AFTER HER HUSBANDS PASSING.  THE CALLER WAS MET, THE PROPERTY CONFIRMED AS SAFE AND LEGAL FOR HER TO POSSESS; THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED NECESSARY INFORMATION TO FACILITATE THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY.

1612 HOURS- ACCIDENT – 8300 BLOCK QUENTIN ST. – UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.

1720 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.


1838 hrs., Armed Subject – 6100 block 85th Avenue - Caller reported the subject pointed a handgun at him. Further investigation revealed that there was no gun. Just an ongoing neighbor dispute. REPORT WRITTEN

1910 hrs., Disorderly – 5800 block Mentana Street - Son acting up inside the house and not listening to rules / Put back on the board for following call for service

1931 hrs., Disorderly – 6400 block Inlet Street - Female banging on door attempting to gain entry into residence / Female gone prior to officers arrival and area checked with negative results

1933 hrs., Disorderly - Metro Points Hotel - Male rolling around on the ground screaming / Male who was in pain refused medical assistance and left without incident

1954 hrs., Disorderly – 5800 block Mentana Street - Child expresses his willingness to fit in with the “in crowd” and struggled do so / Advised and provided counseling services (via PG crisis)

2012 hrs., Theft – 8300 block Annapolis Road - Caller reported an employee stole money from T/A / Money was located and they canceled police services

2112 hrs., Disorderly – 8300 block Annapolis Road - Caller reported that subject inside was refusing to following restaurant rules / Sent on way without incident

2218 hrs., Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / All Clear

2232 hrs., Premise Check - 7-Eleven / All Clear

2301 hrs., Premise Check - 7300 block of Sara Street / All Clear

2336 hrs., Premise Check - Fountain Club Apts. / All Clear

0012 hrs., Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / All Clear

0205 hrs., Assist – 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive - Caller reported that his husband left the residence and forgot to turn off the stove / Members of Eng. 28 forced entry and the burners were turned off prior to any damage being caused

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
