0600 hrs., Station call/ Found Property, Officers located a portfolio filled with paperwork on the table in the lobby of the Police station.  Officers waited and no one came back for the portfolio, therefore it was placed into property for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN

0710 hrs., 8400 block Malissa St/ Notification, Washington D.C Juvenile Services wanted us to notify the parents of the juvenile living at this address that he was incarcerated.  The juvenile was arrested last night and they could not get in touch with parents.  Officers made notification to the parents located at this address; they were given the information and advised to contact Juvenile Services.

0750 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd / Unknown Trouble, call taker stated they could hear arguing in the back ground but no one would answer any questions when asked.  Officers searched the area and the building with nothing found.  Communications contacted officers and advised they got in touch with the caller and the address update was outside of our jurisdiction.  

0830 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0900 hrs., Residential check/ 5516-5520 Karen Elaine Dr. / Management is advising they have noticed several males hanging out in the area of these buildings and inside the buildings as well, they believe they are smoking CDS.  Area checked, by foot, clear with nothing found.

0930 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

0945 hrs., 7600 block Fountainebleau Dr. / 911 Hang-up call taker could hear a male on the other end but no signs of a struggle.  Officers arrived and spoke to the home owner who stated it was accidental by one of the children playing on the home phone.  All checked good in the apartment and the children were advised.

1015 hrs., Business check/ Lowe's (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1100 hrs., 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1125 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1205 hrs., 8600 block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1220 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School (Foot Patrol) Officers walked around the junior wrestling match going on at the time, check clear.

1240 hrs., 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Notification, Prince George's County Police (George Sector) asked if Officers could go to this address and attempt to make contact with the owner of a vehicle.  Officers were given a description of the vehicle and if they made contact to give him the number for the PG Officer to speak to them about an accident.  The owner of the vehicle was not home at the time.

1330 hrs., Business check/ CVS Pharmacy (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1405 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

1432 hrs., Riverdale Rd and Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle Accident, caller stated there were three cars involved in an accident at this intersection.  Officers arrived on scene and all parties stated they did not need the services of the Police Department, Officers cleared the scene.

1505 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1530 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

1605 hrs., Residential check/ 5516-5520 Karen Elaine Dr. / Management is advising they have noticed several males hanging out in the area of these buildings and inside the buildings as well, they believe they are smoking CDS.  Area checked, by foot, clear with nothing found.

1640 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

1837 Family Dispute/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd / teenage son acting out of control. Teenager left with his grandma prior to officer’s arrival.

1900 Premise Check/ 82-8400 block Annapolis Rd / business, as usual, no suspicious activity observed 

1915 Vehicle Release/ NCPD owner flagged down an officer in reference to their vehicle. The vehicle was successfully released 

1929 Domestic/ 6200 block 86th Ave / no domestic, kids were playing their music loud

1956 Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / parties exchanged info with the assistance of the officer.

2008 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / area was clear, no suspicious activity observed 

2025 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear, no suspicious activity observed

2130 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / no issues, business as usual 

2236 ACRS/ Annapolis Rd @ 495 / Unit 1 turned on flashing arrow crossing Unit 2's path causing the crash. Vehicles were impounded after occupants were transported to the local hospitals. REPORT WRITTEN

2340 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / store closing for the evening, spoke with staff no issues

0003 Loud Music/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / resident was advised to lower their music 

0037 Premise Check/ 5300 block 85th Ave / area was clear

0052 Return Call/ Loud Music/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / party was shut down and residents were advised of the noise ordinance
