0600 hrs., Premise Check/ 5800 block Westbrook Dr./ All Clear.

0632 hrs., Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Unit 1 and Unit 2 were in a traffic accident. Both vehicles had minor damage. Information exchanged.

0715 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ All Clear.

0845 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ All Clear.

0920 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

1000 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Gavin St/ All Clear.

1130 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

1245 hrs., Premise Check/ 6400 block 85th Ave / All Clear.

1339 hrs., Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Caller advised her neighbor was allowing her dogs to run around in the parking lot without a leash. Caller advised when she confronted her neighbor about it, her neighbor began to get irate and threatened to hit her with her cane. Officers Spoke to the neighbor, who advised she never threatened to hit her with her cane, she just wanted the caller out of her face. REPORT WRITTEN

1430 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

1520 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr.  / All Clear.

1601 hrs., Attempted Suicide/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ Caller advised his girlfriend got upset with him and she cut her neck. Officers responded to the scene and observed a large laceration on the female in questioning. Officers spoke with the female who advised officers she was reenacting a scene from a movie and ended up accidentally cut herself on the neck. The Caller advised his girlfriend was upset that he wanted her to leave his residence so she cut herself so she would not have to leave. The female was transported to UMPGH for her injuries and a psychological evaluation. REPORT WRITTEN

1710 hrs., Noise Complaint/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Caller stated her neighbor was making loud noises to the point she could not hear her TV. Officers spoke with the neighbor and they turned the noise down.

1727 hrs., Welfare Check/ 5800 block 84th Ave/ Caller stated she wanted officers to check on her brother because she hasn’t heard from him in a couple of days. Officers responded and spoke to one of the residents that live their advised the brother was out of town.

1905 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

2002 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2030 HOURS- LANDLORD TENANT DISPUTE- 5800 BLOCK NYSTROM ST.-CALLER REPORTED HIS LANDLORD BECAME UPSET AT THE CALLER DRINKING ALCOHOL.  THE LANDLORD BROKE SEVERAL ITEMS IN THE RESIDENCE THAT ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE LANDLORD, AND THEN LEFT THE SCENE PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL.  THE CALLER WAS MET, ADVISED, AND REFERRED TO LANDLORD/TENANT COURT.

2053 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CHARLES CARROLL-  ALL CLEAR.

2106 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR.-ANONYMOUS CALLER REPORTED HEARING A MALE AND FEMALE ARGUING AT THE LOCATION. OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET THE FEMALE HALF, THE MALE WAS G.O.A.; THE FEMALE WAS UNINJURED AND REFUSED ALL POLICE ASSISTANCE.

2145 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE-  ALL CLEAR.

2200 HOURS- TREE DOWN- 85100 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A DOWNED TREE ON BECKETT FIELD.  NEW CARROLLTON PUBLIC WORKS WAS NOTIFIED AND WILL HANDLE REMOVAL OF THE TREE.

2227 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2316 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2338 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0022 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0104 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

0139 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7300 BLOCK GAVIN ST.-  ALL CLEAR.

0231 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
