CALLER STATED THAT HOMELESS PEOPLE WERE EATING THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST FOR
PATRONS AND THE MALES WERE NOT HOTEL GUESTS. ONE OF THE MALES WAS STOPPED ON
SCENE, IDENTIFIED, FOUND TO POSSESS AN OPEN WARRANT, SEARCHED AND A SMALL
AMOUNT OF NARCOTICS WAS RECOVERED. THE MALE WAS PHOTOGRAPHED, TRESPASSED
BY HOTEL MANAGEMENT, AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE DOC. REPORT WRITTEN
