0641 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0711 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR.- OFFICERS OBSERVED A VEHICLE WITH REGISTRATION VIOLATIONS THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN CITED AND THE OWNER REMOVED THE TWO NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT CORRECTING THE VIOLATIONS.  THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S FOR SAFEKEEPING; THE REGISTRATION WAS CONFISCATED AND ENTERED INTO NCPD PROPERTY. REPORT WRITTEN

0803 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

0850 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- ROBERT FROST-  ALL CLEAR.

0931 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6200 BLOCK 87TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1010 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1042 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 8200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR AN ANONYMOUS CALL FOR A WOMAN ACTING ERRATICALLY.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS; G.O.A. 

1117 HOURS- DISORDERLY- METRO POINTS- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A DISORDERLY GUEST.  OFFICERS DETERMINED THE GUEST WAS NOT ON SCENE AND WOULD BE ARRIVING LATER IN THE DAY.  HOTEL MANAGEMENT WAS ADVISED.

1230 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- ALL CLEAR.

1324 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

1414 HOURS- SHOPLIFTING/ ASSAULT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER'S CONTACTED POLICE AFTER BEING ASSAULTED BY A JUVENILE SHOPLIFTER'S PARENT. LOSS PREVENTION STATED WHILE IN THE APPREHENSION OFFICE THE SHOPLIFTERS PARENT HAD BECAME DISORDERLY AND ATTEMPTED TO FLEE WITH HER DAUGHTER. AS THE LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER ATTEMPTED TO BLOCK THE DOOR THE PARENT STRUCK THE LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER IN THE FACE SEVERAL TIMES WITH A CLOSED FIST. OFFICER'S REVIEWED VIDEO CONFIRMING THE ASSAULT. THE PARENT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE DOC FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. THE JUVENILE WAS RELEASED TO A FAMILY MEMBER ON SCENE. REPORT WRITTEN

1452 HOURS- 911 HANG UP- 8500 BLOCK 86TH COURT- OFFICER'S RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND OBSERVED AN ELDERLY WOMAN SITTING UNDERNEATH THE CARPORT. OFFICER'S MADE CONTACT WITH THE WOMAN WHO STATED HER RELATIVE THAT SUFFERS FROM A MENTAL DISORDER HAD LOCKED HER OUT OF THE RESIDENCE. OFFICER'S CHECKED ALL DOORS WHICH WERE ALL LOCKED. OFFICER'S THEN KNOCKED AT THE FRONT DOOR FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, EVENTUALLY A FEMALE SUBJECT ANSWERED THE DOOR. THE FEMALE SUBJECT STATED SHE WOULD NOT ALLOW THE ELDERLY WOMAN BACK INTO THE RESIDENCE. AS OFFICER'S ADVISED THE FEMALE SUBJECT THAT SHE MUST ALLOW THE ELDERLY WOMAN INTO THE RESIDENCE, THE FEMALE SUBJECT MADE THREATS TO KILL THE OFFICER'S. AT THIS TIME THE FEMALE SUBJECT ASSAULTED AN OFFICER, SHE WAS THEN TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR AN EMERGENCY PETITION EVALUATION. NO INJURIES OCCURRED DURING THIS INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1537 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD- POLICE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISED OF A TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL BOTH VEHICLE HAD LEFT THE SCENE OF THE INCIDENT.

1610 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE- ALL CLEAR.

1722 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.- ALL CLEAR.

1802 Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave several males were standing outside. Officer’s made contact and the males were waiting on their ride.

1840 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / area was clear

1840 Domestic/ 7100 block Good Luck Rd male took his girlfriends keys. The male was located at 85th Pl & Powhatan St. The male checked negative for warrants and provided the vehicle’s key. The male was sent on his way and key returned to the complainant. REPORT WRITTEN

2038 Vandalism/ 7800 block Topton St officers responded for a burglary. It was determined an unknown suspect removed security bars from a rear window. The suspect did not make entry into the residence. CID was notified. REPORT WRITTEN

2150 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd business as usual 

2219 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd business as usual 

2255 Premise Check/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd complex was clear, security was on the premises 

2335 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd store closing for the evening, no issues reported 

0028 Disorderly/ 8300 block Nicholson St / female called stating a male was yelling at a woman. Officers arrived and the caller stated she wanted to leave. The female left on her own will

0100 Assist/ 6800 block Riverdale Rd PGPD needed assistance with a male punching tires. The suspect was stopped and detained and petitioned by PGPD. 

0220 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

0345 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd lot was clear

0440 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd no issues, business as usual

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
