0840 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

0905 Notification/ 5900 block 89th Ave / PGPD needed assistance with locating an owner of a vehicle. The owner was located and advised the vehicle was authorized to be at the location. 

0913 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd caller advised a male was following them into stores. Contact was made with all parties, the male checked negative for warrants and the caller was advised. REPORT WRITTEN

1158 Disorderly/ 5500 block 85th Ave / the neighbor called in reference to banging and crying in the apartment. Officer’s made contact with the resident, who stated her son was misbehaving. Officers spoke with her son and nothing further 

1240 Roommate Dispute/ 5500 block Karen Elaine / mother and son had a dispute over a dog bill. Parties were advised to seek the assistance of the courts

1256 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd caller stated a male threw a rock at his vehicle. Contact was made with the male who stated he didn’t throw anything. He exchanged words with the male who was not on the scene

1340 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd business as usual, no issues reported by staff

1354 Disorderly/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / unknown male had a verbal dispute with the clerk and knocked over the soda rack. The suspect fled prior to officer’s arrival. REPORT WRITTEN

1510 Hit & Run/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. / caller advised someone hit his motorcycle. After advising his deductible will need to be paid. The caller refused services

1555 Premise Check/ Heritage Square Apts. / area was clear, children at the pool

1608 Disorderly/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd male in drive-thru exposing himself. Upon officer’s arrival, there was no one in the drive-thru exposing themselves.  

1622 Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd officers assisted the drivers with exchanging information

1920 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

1950 hrs., 5800 block Lamont Dr. / Residential Alarm, alarm company stated there was a male on scene with the improper code.  Officers checked on the residence and spoke with the home owner who stated it was accidental.

2038 hrs., 6600 block Auburn Ave/ Civil matter, caller stated his wife took his phone and he wants it back.  When Officers arrived the caller stated his wife came back home and gave him the phone back, he did not need our assistance.

2106 hrs., 8400 block Cathedral Ave/ Loud music complaint, caller stated there was loud music coming from this residence.  Officers arrived on scene to several persons talking in the driveway but no music, they were advised and stated they were ending the party at this time.

2145 hrs., Beltway at Annapolis Rd/ Accident, two vehicles were involved in a minor damage accident on the ramp.  Maryland State Police were busy and asked to check it for them, Officers arrived and both parties had already exchanged information and no injuries were claimed on scene.

2105 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.

2210 hrs., 7700 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2219 hrs., 7700 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2235 hrs., Business check/ TD Bank (construction workers outside working on the parking lot), check clear.

2243 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without indent.  

2318 hrs., 7300 block Longbranch Dr. / Loud noise complaint, it was a family talking loud outside and they were advised.

2325 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Roommate dispute, caller stated her roommate was becoming angry about smoke in the apartment and was mad when he talked to her.  Officers talked to the other party who stated he was upset because the caller hung up on him when he was trying to talk to her.  He was also upset that she took the monitor he had in the living room and placed it in her bedroom.  Both parties were advised about what actions they could take and that this was a civil matter to be handled by the courts.  

2340 hrs., Riverdale Rd @ Lamont Dr. / Noise complaint, Officers drove the area and could not hear any noise.  Caller wanted to remain anonymous and did not describe the noise heard.

0011 hrs., 7500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0056 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0125 hrs., Business check/ 8000 block Annapolis Rd, check clear.

0150 hrs., 8400 block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0215 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas Station, check clear.

0230 hrs., 7-11/ CDS complaint, caller stated two males were selling drugs to customers in the store.  Officers located the males and after speaking to them they advised they were just waiting outside for a ride to work.

0250 hrs., 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ Commercial Alarm, alarm company stated the alarm was coming from the front door.  Officers checked all available entrances and doors and they were all secure.  At this time there is no cause for the activation.

0320 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points hotel, check clear.

0330 hrs., 6300 block 85th Pl/ Accident with injuries, caller stated they heard a loud bang outside next to their house.  Officers arrived to discover a vehicle hanging on the edge of the ravine next to the residence.  Driver had entered the intersection at a high rate of speed and failed to gain control before crashing into the fence.  The driver (the only occupant) was located and refused medical treatment on scene.  The driver submitted to other testing and subsequently was issued several traffic citations.  Due to the complications of attempting to get the vehicle out Charlie's Towing had to assist on scene.  The vehicle was impounded and notification was made to NC#2 and public works director.
