reported his daughter struck him in the face. Upon arrival, the caller stated
he was upset because 9-11 Dispatch asked him too many questions and he refused
further police services. No report.
1830 Hrs., Burglary / 7300 block Sara Street / Caller reported
an unknown suspect entered through her unsecured kitchen window to break into
her home. Det. Robinson responded to scene, due to the disarray condition of
the residence the caller was unable to verify if anything was taken. REPORT WRITTEN
1852 Hrs., Burglary / 6200 block 87th Ave, Caller, stated after
arriving home from work he observed his basement window open, which allowed an
unknown suspect(s) to gain entry into this residence and stole a Glock 17,
9mm with 17 round magazine loaded to capacity with gold dot hollow point
9mm ammunition. Det. Robinson responded on scene, NC-3 was notified. The weapon
was entered into the system as stolen. REPORT

1923 Hrs., Theft / 6000 block Mentana Street / Caller stated
after arriving home from work his son advised him, an unknown suspect(s)
entered his driveway and stole his son's bicycle that was in public view. The
caller did not have any serial or make and model information. REPORT WRITTEN
1949 Hrs., Accident / 8400 block Freemont Street / Unit-1 turned
onto Freemont St., from 84th avenue, failed to pay attention and struck Unit-2
which was parked and occupied. No injuries report, Case numbers provided to
both parties and advised to contact their insurance companies. REPORT WRITTEN
2040 Hrs., Return call/Family dispute/ 7500 block Riverdale road
/ Officers responded and met with both parties, the previous caller stated he
did not require police services and said his wife is the one that called.
Officers made contact with the wife who stated she only wanted officers to talk
to her (husband). Both parties said they did not require a police report or
further police services. Both parties were advised to seek a protective/peace
order through the District Commissioner's office and for further assistance. No
report generated.

an unknown male was bothering him at the bus stop. However, the suspect was
gone before officers arrived. The caller said he was scared to walk in the
area. At the caller's request, he was transported to New Carrollton Metro Train
station and released on scene. No report.
2300 hrs., Sounds of Gunshots 8400 block Sprague place, Officers responded
and located a witness outside walking his dog in the area. The witness stated
while walking his dog he observed people at 85th Ave and Sprague place letting
off firecrackers. Officers canvassed the area and located no signs of gunshots.

2332 Hrs., Suspicious occupied vehicle / 7200 block Longbranch
drive, Caller reported he observed an unknown model black SUV filled with two
passengers parked and sitting for an extended period in front of his residence.
Officers responded and found nothing, a canvass of the area was conducted with
negative results. The complaint was met and advised to contact the police if he
observed the vehicle again in front of his residence. No report.
2355 hrs., Suspicious person / 6400 block Fairbanks street /
Caller stated she observed her ex-lover, walking around in her backyard.
Officers responded and searched the yard and found nothing. Officers attempted
to make contact with the complaint who did not answer the door. Police
communications tried to contact the caller via telephone, and they advised the
call went to voicemail belonging to a commercial business and stated it was
closed for the day. Finally, after several attempts, officers made contact with
the homeowner at this address who said no one called the police and everything
was alright. No report.
