0757 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7500 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0846 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6200 BLOCK 87TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1047 HOURS- THEFT- 8200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A SHOPLIFTER.  OFFICERS MET T/A EMPLOYEE'S WHO REFUSED POLICE SERVICES AS THEY COULD NOT VERIFY IF THE SUSPECT TOOK MERCHANDISE; THE SUSPECT WAS G.O.A.

1115 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  UNIT 1 FAILED TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY AND WAS STRUCK BY UNIT 2. UNIT 2 WAS DISABLED AND SUBSEQUENTLY IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S FOR SAFEKEEPING.  NO INJURIES REPORTED. A.C.R.S. COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

1214 HOURS- C.D.S. RECOVERED- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP FOR A MINOR VIOLATION.  THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO BE DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE, AND HE POSSESSED A SMALL AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA.  THE DRIVER WAS ISSUED TRAFFIC CITATIONS, A MARYLAND CIVIL CITATION FOR POSSESSION, PHOTOGRAPHED AND RELEASED.  THE VEHICLE WAS RELEASED TO THE OWNER WHO RESPONDED TO SCENE; THE C.D.S. WAS ENTERED INTO N.C.P.D. PROPERTY. REPORT WRITTEN

1235 HOURS- WARRANT SERVICE- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A SHOPLIFTER IN L/P CUSTODY.  THE SUSPECT DID NOT PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION AND IT WAS DISCOVERED HE PROVIDED FALSE INFORMATION.  THE SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND A SEARCH OF HIS BELONGINGS YIELDED A SUSPENDED LICENSE. THE SUSPECT WAS THEN DISCOVERED TO HAVE AN OPEN WARRANT AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C. FOR CHARGES. REPORT WRITTEN

1250 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER T/A MANAGEMENT COMPLAINED OF TWO JUVENILE MALES PANHANDLING AND HARASSING CUSTOMERS.  OFFICERS MET T/A MANAGEMENT WHO STATED THE MALES LEFT PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL; A CANVAS OF THE AREA YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS.

1350 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1401 HOURS- TRESPASSING ARREST- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A JUVENILE CAUGHT TRESPASSING BY T/A L/P.  THE JUVENILE WAS IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, VERIFIED TO HAVE BEEN BARRED PREVIOUSLY FOR THEFT, PHOTOGRAPHED, AND THEN RELEASED TO THE CUSTODY OF HIS FATHER WHO DROVE TO SCENE.  APPLICATION FOR CHARGES FILED WITH JUVENILE JUSTICE; A POCKET KNIFE WAS CONFISCATED AND ENTERED INTO N.C.P.D. PROPERTY. REPORT WRITTEN

1417 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE BETWEEN INVOLVED PARTIES.
 
1720 HOURS- ALARM- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR ALARM ACTIVATION FROM A LIVING ROOM MOTION DETECTOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE APARTMENT SECURE WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION, NO VISIBLE F.A.R.U. #.

1835 Hrs., Suspicious person / 7600 block of Vicar Street, an Anonymous citizen reported a man to be a representative with ADT security service, knocking on doors soliciting businesses. Officers canvassed the area with nothing found, no report. 
1850 Hrs., Theft from Auto 5900 block Mentana Street, No theft verified, the caller failed to articulate and or verified anything stolen. The vehicle's condition displayed no signs of a break-in. No crime occurred at this time, no report.    
1938 Hrs., Disorderly 5800 block Mentana Street, The caller stated her husband allows their adult grandson inside their residence without permission because he's not allowed on the property. The caller's husband agreed and transported the young man from the scene to another family member’s residence for the evening. Dispute settled / no report.       
2003 Hrs., Disorderly  7700 block Riverdale Road, The store manager, reported two men loitering in front of the business for an extended period of time. Officers made contact with both gentlemen, who advised they were waiting on an "Uber" for their travels. While interviewing both citizens, an Uber arrived on scene for their arrival. Officers informed both men for the reason of contact and sent on their way. No crime verified and no report.       
2105 Hrs., Lockout / 5400 block 85th Avenue, Citizen called to report she was "stuck" inside the building interior hallway and the door lock mechanism failed which prevented her from exiting. Due to a possible fire hazard, the fire department arrived on scene and assisted in allowing access to the citizen. No injuries, and no property loss.

0027 Hrs., Premise Check / 5200-5400 block of 85th avenue / all clear.
0130 Hrs., Premise Check / Karen Elaine drive and Fontainebleau drive community/ all clear.
0218 Hrs., Assist 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive Prince Georges County Officers from "W" sector requested assistance to locate an owner of a 2011 Toyota Corolla that is left abandoned in their jurisdiction. Officers attempted to make contact with the owner, which resulted unsuccessfully. Notification made PGPD, no report.
0420 Hrs., Dispute 8400 block Annapolis Road, An citizen reported his cab driver charged him excessively, and he refused to pay. Upon arrival, officers addressed the matter to both parties, the dispute was resolved and the money owed was settled. No report.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
