Domestic/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Caller advised
her boyfriend took her car keys and would not give them back to her. Officers
arrived on scene and spoke with the male in question, who advised he kept her
keys so he would not be stranded at the house. The male gave officers the keys
and the female half went to work.
0700 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.
0810 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ All Clear.

block Fontainbleau Dr. / Caller advised his phone was stolen. Dispatch cancelled
officers prior to arriving on scene.
0930 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.
1016 hrs., Theft/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / Caller advised
a male came inside of the T/A and stole 4 bags of frozen shrimp. Officers
canvassed the area and observed a male matching the description walking towards
the metro. The male was stopped. The male advised he did not take any shrimp
and advised officers to look in his bag. Officers observed 4 bags of shrimp in
the male duffel bag. The male in question also had an open warrant
through the Prince George's Sheriff. The male was transported to
Hyattsville D.O.C for his open warrant and the store manager banned the male

Annapolis Rd @ 85th Ave/ Unit 1 and Unit 2 were in a traffic accident. There was
minor damage to both vehicles. Information exchanged.
1308 hrs., Recovered
Stolen Auto/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ Caller advised they
observed a male getting out of the vehicle and starting to run towards the
metro. Officers arrived on scene and ran the tags. Dispatch advised officers
the vehicle was stolen out of Fairfax Virginia. REPORT WRITTEN
1321 hrs., Noise
Complaint/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Caller advised
her neighbor was making a lot of noise. Officers responded to the scene but
could not make entry due to it being a secure entrance. Officers attempted to
make contact multiple times but could not. Officers also made an attempt to
contact signal 4 by phone but did not get a response.
1330 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / All Clear.
1435 hrs.,
Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Caller advised
there was a female panhandling in front of the T/A. Prior to officers arrived
the female in question was GOA.
1440 hrs.,
Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Unit 1 and
Unit 2 were in a traffic accident. There was minor damage to both vehicles.
Information exchanged.
1445 hrs., Theft/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Caller advised
there was a male in the T/A placing items in his book bag and trying to walk
out without paying for them. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with the
caller who advised prior to officer’s arrival that he searched the male in question
book bag and observed a pellet gun inside the bag. The caller advised the male
never removed the pellet gun from his bag at any time. Officers conducted
a warrant check on the male which yielded positive results. The male had an
open warrant through Virginia. REPORT

Vandalism/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Caller advised
her vehicle was keyed and all four tires were damage. Officers responded on
scene and observed the damages to the caller’s vehicle. Photographs were
documented. The caller was given case numbers. REPORT

Luck Rd/ Custody, female caller stated she and her husband were
involved in an argument (at Prince George's Mall), and the male half took her
child. Officers spoke to the male who stated they were at the mall and
the female half began to argue about health care. The male half at this
time stated he did not want to argue in public with her so he took one of the
children and walked away to cool down. He stated he did not want to leave
her there so he waited for her until she cooled down and took her home.
He stated she just came here and was new and he knew she did not know how to
get the bus or any other transportation home. Female half was advised they
were his children too and he was able to take them (or one). They were
both advised.
1830 hrs., Bojangles/
Disorderly, caller stated he was upset at the way the clerk talked to him when
he wanted a receipt. He had an order refunded and he wanted a copy of the
receipt for his records in case it did not come off of his card and the clerk
refused. He was advised to contact the management in the morning or the corporate
office, but they were closed. He stated he would figure it out and call
when he could.

Elaine Dr. / Follow up information; caller stated she wanted some
more information on what she could do about her vehicle being vandalized
earlier this weekend. She filed the report earlier in the day today but had follow up questions for Officers. We
answered what we could and advised what she could do in the future to prevent
vandalism.

hrs., Value City Furniture/ Disorderly, caller stated a customer was being
disorderly about not getting the refund he thought he should. He stated
the male was arguing and being very loud with employees. Officers arrived
and the male was gone prior to Officers arrival.

of 85th Ave, check clear.

hrs., 5300 block 85th
Ave/ Check on the welfare, caller stated a man was on the ground
foaming at the mouth. Officers arrived to find a male lying on the ground
unconscious and breathing very shallow. Officers administered two vials
of Narcan with no change, he was transported to the hospital for
treatment. The male had no identification on him and Officers were unable
to find his residence to advise family or friends of his condition or where he
was going for treatment. REPORT WRITTEN

hrs., Shoppers/ 911 hang-up call, call was made to 911 from the payphone in
front of the business. Officers located a female on the phone who stated
she was trying to call 411 and accidentally dialed 911. Checked clear.

hrs., 8300 block Donoghue Dr. / Loud Music complaint, Caller stated there was
music being played too loud from this location. Officers arrived and did
not hear any music; they spoke to the home owner who stated they had it on but
turned it down prior to Officers arrival.

hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious person, caller stated she believed her
ex-boyfriend was driving around her parking lot. Caller was not on scene,
this was advised to her by her new boyfriend inside her apartment. Due to
the caller not being on scene Officers advised the male on scene of what she
needed to do and to contact us back when she got home.

Ave/ Domestic dispute, caller stated she and her boyfriend got into
an argument and he left in her vehicle. Officers asked if he was allowed
access to it previously and she stated yes, but tonight she needed it.
She was advised to go to the Commissioner’s Office and what exactly she needed
to do. When Officers advised her the vehicle may not be returned right
away she got upset, walked away, and slammed her door shut. Officers were
unable to provide her with any further Domestic related information due to her being
uncooperative with Officers.

Ave/ Domestic dispute, caller stated she was attempting to leave after having
an argument with her boyfriend. Caller advised he was inside of the
vehicle refusing to let her leave because he was intoxicated and would not
listen to her. She advised he got upset with her when she was unable to
take him to the Metro station in the morning. He attempted to kick her
out and demanded his key back because he pays the bills. He was advised
but refused to listen. Caller gathered her belongings and left for the
night because she did not want to argue with him anymore. REPORT WRITTEN

Suspicious person, Officers observed a female sleeping behind the building and
advised her to move on to another location. Female just got out of the
hospital after being evaluated for mental health issues. Field Ops was completed on the female.
0315 hrs.,
7500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Assist Prince George's County Police with two
suspicious males, possibly associated with a tampering. Officers assisted
when the male came back with an open warrant. Handled by Prince George's
County Police.

0600 hrs., 6200 Block of
Princess Garden Pkwy/ Assist New Carrollton Detectives with a search warrant,
cleared without any incidents.
