0638 HOURS- VANDALISM- 7600 BLOCK TOPTON ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT PRIED OUT A REAR SCREEN WINDOW, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE SCREEN FRAME.  THE SUSPECT DID NOT MAKE ENTRY TO THE RESIDENCE AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE RESIDENCE WINDOW. REPORT WRITTEN

0715 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0741 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0801 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1015 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- 6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE STATION AFTER A CITIZEN WALKED IN COMPLAINING THEIR VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED IN A HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT.  OFFICERS DETERMINED THE CITIZENS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED THE DAY PRIOR FOR THAT INCIDENT AND THE CITIZEN WAS PROVIDED A VEHICLE RELEASE FORM.

1055 HOURS- CUSTODY DISPUTE- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL WERE FLAGGED DOWN IN REFERENCE TO A CHILD CUSTODY DISPUTE.  THE CITIZEN REPORTED HER DAUGHTER WAS STAYING AT HER FATHERS HOUSE IN CAPITOL HEIGHTS.  THE CITIZEN WAS REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES.

1140 HOURS- THEFT- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A THEFT REPORT.  LOSS PREVENTION REPORTED TWO SUSPECTS STOLE A BATTERY POWERED DRILL AND FLED THE SCENE IN A VEHICLE.  THE VEHICLE INFORMATION WAS RECORDED ON SCENE AND LOSS PREVENTION WILL BE PROVIDING VIDEO FOOTAGE AND PHOTO'S OF THE SUSPECTS WHEN AVAILABLE. REPORT WRITTEN

1253 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS WERE FLAGGED DOWN BY MANAGEMENT WHO STATED A WOMAN WAS SLEEPING ON THE PROPERTY SIDEWALK.  THE WOMAN WAS LOCATED, DISCOVERED TO BE HOMELESS AND KNOWN TO OFFICERS.  THE WOMAN WAS ADVISED AND SENT ON HER WAY WITHOUT INCIDENT.

1305 HOURS- C.D.S. ARREST- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  MANAGEMENT OF THE LOCATION COMPLAINED OF TWO MALES BEING RUDE AMD DISORDERLY.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE TWO JUVENILE MALES, WHO WERE UNCOOPERATIVE. THE TWO WERE SEARCHED, C.D.S. WERE RECOVERED AND THE JUVENILES WERE THEN DETAINED.  PARENTS FOR BOTH JUVENILES WERE CONTACTED AND THE TWO WERE RELEASED ON SCENE TO RESPONSIBLE ADULTS; JUVENILE PETITIONS WILL BE COMPLETED, AND THE C.D.S. WAS ENTERED INTO N.C.P.D. PROPERTY. REPORT WRITTEN

1308 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY- OFFICERS RESPONDED OT THE MUNICIPAL CENTER FOR A 911 HANG UP.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED EVERYTHING OK, BUSINESS AS USUAL, AND THE NUMBER UPON CALL BACK WENT TO A CITY VOICEMAIL SERVICE.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE 911 HANG-UP.

1415 HOURS- FRAUD- 8200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE TD BANK FOR A FRAUD REPORT.  OFFICERS MET T/A MANAGEMENT WHO REPORTED A SUSPICIOUS MALE ATTEMPTED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH A FAKE IDENTIFICATION CARD.  THE MALE WAS G.O.A., TOOK THE IDENTIFICATION WITH HIM AND FLED THE SCENE.  

1428 HOURS- ACCIDENT- VETERANS PKWY./ANNAPOLIS RD.- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO SCENE AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION BETWEEN PARTIES.

1503 HOURS- CHECK THE WELFARE- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  SOCIAL WORKERS AT DOCTORS HOSPITAL REQUESTED OFFICERS CHECK THE LOCATION TO IDENTIFY A MALE WHO WAS AT THEIR FACILITY FROM AN EARLIER INCIDENT.  OFFICERS WERE AGAIN UNABLE TO LOCATE ANYONE WHO COULD IDENTIFY THE MALE AT DOCTORS HOSPITAL.  THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT POLICE ONCE THE MALE REGAINED CONSCIOUSNESS.

1548 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1640 HOURS- MISSING PERSON- 6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY.-  AN UNKNOWN FEMALE FROM OUT-OF-STATE CALLED N.C.P.D. H.Q. TO REPORT HER SISTER MISSING, AFTER RECEIVING A SPEED CAMERA CITATION FROM OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR THE SISTERS VEHICLE.  THE CITATION WAS ISSUED IN THE PAST AND THE SISTER WAS LAST SEEN/HEARD FROM WHEN SHE WAS ARRESTED ON A TRAFFIC STOP IN NORTH CAROLINA, THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT THE POLICE AGENCY IN NORTH CAROLINA AND ATTEMPT TO REPORT THE ISSUE THERE.

2045 Hrs., Premise Check / 5200-5400 block of 85th avenue / all clear.
2200 Hrs., Domestic / 5400 block 85th Ave/ Caller reported she was involved in a verbal dispute with her husband over relationship issues. The husband left before officers arrived. The caller stated she only wanted her husband to leave for the evening and declined further police services, however; she was informed on how to obtain peace/protective order through the District Commissioners office. REPORT WRITTEN

0030 Hrs., Premise Check 8100 block Annapolis Road / all clear.
0158 hrs., Disorderly 5500 block Karen Elaine drive Caller reported her neighbor underneath her unit, used a stick to knock the ceiling causing a disturbance. Officers made contact with the neighbor who stated the caller above her is a nuisance and makes noise on purpose, disturbing her. Officers informed both parties to seek further assistance from property management and seek a peace order through the District Court. No report.

0310 Hrs., Premise Check / 7700-7800 block of Riverdale Road / all clear.
0325 Hrs., Premise Check 8300 block Annapolis Road / all clear. 
0350 hrs., Suspicious Occupied Vehicle / 7400 block Leahy road, An anonymous citizen reported a black vehicle in front of his residence, Officers responded and made contact with the occupant of the car, who was a newspaper delivery driver delivering papers in the area. No report.

0505 Hrs., Premise Check 8500 block Annapolis Road / all clear.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
