COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE ON THE HIGHWAY. THERE WERE NO REPORTED
INJURIES AND BOTH VEHICLES WERE DRIVEN FROM SCENE. ALL INFORMATION FOR

DISPUTE- 5800 BLOCK MENTANA ST.- OFFICERS
RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER BECAME UPSET HER GRANDSON WAS ON HER
PROPERTY WITHOUT HER PERMISSION. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER,
HER GRANDSON, AND THE CALLERS HUSBAND. THERE WAS NO ALTERCATION ON SCENE
AND THE GRANDSON WAS BROUGHT TO THE RESIDENCE TO ASSIST THE GRANDFATHER WITH
MOWING THE LAWN AND OTHER YARD WORK. ALL PARTIES WERE ADVISED AND THE
GRANDSON ELECTED TO LEAVE.

RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE. OFFICERS MET THE
CALLER, WHO REQUESTED HER CHILDS FATHER BE SERVED WITH A TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE
ORDER ISSUED BY A COMMISSIONER. THE MALE IN QUESTION WAS LOCATED IN THE
AREA AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY SERVED THE ORDER WITHOUT INCIDENT. A COPY OF
THE RETURN OF SERVICE WAS FAXED TO P.G.S.D. REPORT WRITTEN

DOMESTIC- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS
RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 3RD PARTY CALL OF A DOMESTIC DISPUTE.
OFFICERS MET THE CALLER ON SCENE, WHO WAS INTOXICATED; OFFICERS MET THE CALLERS
DAUGHTER AND THE MALE IN QUESTION. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF A DOMESTIC
DISPUTE AND ALL PARTIES REFUSED POLICE SERVICES, WERE ADVISED AND REFERRED TO
FAMILY CRISIS FOR ASSISTANCE.
1844 Hrs., Dispute 7700 block Riverdale Road / Caller stated the store manager refused to provide him a refund. The manager noted the caller paid for his merchandise with a credit card and wanted to return it and receive cash back for the refund which is against company policy. The caller received his rebate back towards his credit card, and he was advised. No report.
1932 Hrs., Theft 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive , No theft
verified, the caller stated her landlord in the past had entered into her
residence to complete maintenance, however; he failed to give her adequate
time and notification. The caller was advised to seek
further assistance through the Land Lord Tenant Court in Upper
Marlboro, Maryland. No report.
2047 Hrs., Disorderly 8400 block Annapolis Road / Caller
reported while standing in the checkout lane, she accidental dropped
$40.00 in cash onto the floor. The caller then stated the customer
standing behind her picked up the money and refused to give it
back. Officers made contact with the alleged suspect, who voluntarily
submitted the cash to officers and stated the money did not belong to
him. The currency was returned to its original owner, and both
parties were provided with the report number and advised. REPORT WRITTEN

0206-(0515) hrs., Shooting / 5200 block 85th Avenue / No
shooting occurred, the caller stated upon his return home, he observed that an
unknown suspect(s) had unlawfully entered his home and stole property
making good of their escape. The caller said he walked outside to
call the authorities and he saw two male suspects in all black, near the
corner of the building, one suspect, dressed in all black and one wearing a
red hoody sweatshirt with a handgun in his possession and started to chase
him. The caller stated, he runs back into his apartment unharmed
making good of his escape. K-9 was requested and refused to respond. NCPD
CID Det. Robinson received notification and responded on scene.
