1631 HOURS- THEFT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATON FOR A SHOPLIFTER IN CUSTODY OF LOSS PREVENTION.  THE FEMALE SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, BARRED BY L/P, THEN SENT ON HER WAY.  NO CHARGES WERE FILED FOR THEFT AS L/P RECOVERED ALL OF THE MERCHANDISE AND DECLINED PROSECUTION. REPORT WRITTEN

1803 Hrs., Trespassing/ 5200 block 85th Avenue,  Police communications stated anonymous citizen reported several juveniles loitering inside the interior hallway of the building. Officers responded and found nothing; no description was available. No report.

Officers met with the landlord who stated the agreement was verbal, and there is no written lease in place. Both parties were advised to seek further assistance through Land Tenant Court.
