0737 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CHARLES CARROLL-  ALL CLEAR.

0811 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- ROBERT FROST-  ALL CLEAR.

0848 HOURS- ASSAULT- 8600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ASSAULT.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER, WHO WAS UNINJURED, AND DETERMINED THE ALLEGED ASSAULT OCCURRED THE PREVIOUS NIGHT IN HYATTSVILLE.  THE CALLER REFUSED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND ALL POLICE SERVICES.

1015 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

1150 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1215 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1225 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 (PARKED) THEN FLED THE SCENE WITHOUT PROVIDING REQUIRED INFORMATION.  OFFICERS GATHERED ALL INFORMATION RELEVANT FOR REPORTING.  A.C.R.S. COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

1245 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE BETWEEN INVOLVED PARTIES.

1323 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1430 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1535 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE BETWEEN INVOLVED PARTIES.

1631 HOURS- THEFT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATON FOR A SHOPLIFTER IN CUSTODY OF LOSS PREVENTION.  THE FEMALE SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, BARRED BY L/P, THEN SENT ON HER WAY.  NO CHARGES WERE FILED FOR THEFT AS L/P RECOVERED ALL OF THE MERCHANDISE AND DECLINED PROSECUTION. REPORT WRITTEN

1803 Hrs., Trespassing/ 5200 block 85th Avenue,  Police communications stated anonymous citizen reported several juveniles loitering inside the interior hallway of the building. Officers responded and found nothing; no description was available. No report.  
1913 Hrs., Premise Check 8400 block Annapolis Road / check clear no report.
2020 Hrs., Premise Check 8300 block Road / all clear.  
2137 Hrs., Premise Check/ 7700-7800 block of Riverdale Road /all clear no report.
2254 Hrs., Disorderly / 6500 block Fairbanks Street, Caller reported her landlord refused to provide her a copy of the lease. Officers met with the landlord who stated the agreement was verbal, and there is no written lease in place. Both parties were advised to seek further assistance through Land Tenant Court. No report.
