0730 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / all clear, no issues reported by staff

0900 Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave / area was clear

0915 Residential Alarm/ 6100 block 86th Ave / accidental by the resident inside the residence

1020 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / all clear

1211 Theft from Auto/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / unknown suspect stole tags from a vehicle. The victims' vehicle is at the location for servicing. Sometime between 12/15/2017 and today S-1 stole the tags from the vehicle. REPORT WRITTEN

1405 Missing Person/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / mother wanted to report her daughter missing. The mother was advised to return to E-Sector to make the report

1407 Loud Music/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. / residents playing extremely loud music

1450 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / met with GM over customer making threats to staff. The customer was not on scene. They were advised to call if he returns

1518 Traffic Control/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / assisted with school dismissal 

1540 Assist/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / student needed assistance getting home due to neighborhood kids at the bus stop waiting to jump him. The student was taken home and school security will notify Parkdale HS SRO

1620 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / male outside grilling in the parking lot. The resident was advised for property management

1625 Disorderly/ 8100 block Gavin St / several juvenile males loitering in the street. The males were in the yard.

1700 Domestic/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. / wife having a verbal altercation with her husband over husband borrowing equipment from a friend. The wife declined to screen with Lethality Assessment. REPORT WRITTEN

1830 hrs., 5327 85th Ave/ Civil Matter, caller stated her neighbor was in the shower and parts of the ceiling fell on his head.  Caller stated he was injured so he was transported to the hospital to be checked out.  Caller wanted information so that she could go forward with a lawsuit; she was advised it was a matter the resident needed to take up with management, not her.  The building structure was not compromised at all, it occurred as a result as a leak between the walls.  All parties were advised.  

1850 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1920 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

1945 hrs., Good Luck Rd and Leahy Rd/ Accident, Officers arrived on scene to discover the accident occurred on Nashville Rd (in Prince George's County Police Jurisdiction.)  No injuries but one vehicle had to be towed from the scene.  Prince George's County Police arrived on scene and handled the accident.

1955 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Hold up alarm, alarm was coming from the cash room.  Officers on scene spoke with the manager who stated he was training a new manager who accidentally pressed the wrong button.  He thought he cancelled it but he did not fast enough.  

2000 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

2030 hrs., Residential check/ Gavin St, Harland St, and Rycroft Rd, check clear.

2105 hrs., Residential check/ Larchwood Rd and Verona Dr, check clear.

2125 hrs., Business check/ Shoppers (Foot Patrol), check clear.

2202 hrs., 85th Ave and Westbrook Dr./ Fight in progress, officers were on patrol and observed two females actively engaging in a physical altercation.  When officers attempted to separate both parties, one party continued to attack the other.  Both females were placed under arrest.  Vehicle was impounded for safekeeping, due to being parked on city property. REPORT WRITTEN

2340 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas Station, check clear.

0020 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0100 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0135 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

0200 hrs.,  Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

0240 hrs., Residential check/ Larchwood Rd and Verona Dr. / check clear.

0305 hrs., Residential check/ Gavin St, Harland St, and Rycroft Rd, check clear.

0310 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, Officers approached a vehicle parked and a male sleeping inside.  Officers conducted a check, with negative results.  The male was advised and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

0340 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

0400 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0420 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas Station, check clear.

0440 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.


0450 hrs., 8100 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
