0600-0900 City was under Signal 26 due to snow 

0930 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -customers complained to management about the homeless male getting a cup of coffee and his body odor. The male was advised and sent on his way

0950 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - area was clear, no suspicious activity observed

1034 ACRS/ 5900 block Lamont Dr. - unknown vehicle struck a park vehicle and didn't provide any information. REPORT WRITTEN

1110 Premise Check/ 6400 block 85th Ave -area was clear

1150 Disabled Motorist/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd -driver was waiting on private tow. 

1240 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -customer wanted to exchange bad food and the store refused. After speaking to management, they agreed to exchange the product

1350 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - officers responded to sisters arguing. The problem sister left prior to arrival.

1401 Theft from Auto/ 8100 block Carrollton Pkwy -unknown suspect stole the rear tag from the vehicle parked on the roadway. REPORT WRITTEN

1530 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd -no issues reported, business as usual

1630 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd- no issues reported, business as usual

1650 Check Welfare/ 6400 block Lamont Dr. - elderly male didn't like the food selection and wanted the chicken that was ordered

1710 Check Welfare/ (Return Call) 6400 block Lamont Dr. - spoke to the complainant again and advised we can't control the chicken delivery

1730 Assist/ 5800 block Harland St -officers transported a patient for SAM800 to Washington Adventist....Evenings will be handling the report.

1730 HOURS- MPS- 5800 BLOCK HARLAND ST. - SAM UNITS REQUESTED POLICE ASSISTANCE WITH AN INDIVIDUAL THEY WERE TRYING TO EPS. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE WHERE THE SAM UNITS REQUESTED OFFICERS TO TRANSPORT INDIVIDUAL. OFFICERS PLACED INDIVIDUAL INTO CUSTODY AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO WASHINGTON ADVENTIST HOSPITAL. AN EMERGENCY PSYCHIATRIC PETITION WAS FILED BY SAM UNITS AND INDIVIDUAL WAS RELEASED INTO CARE AND CUSTODY OF HOSPITAL STAFF.

1915 HOURS- CDS COMPLAINT- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - CALLER REPORTED THE SMELL OF CDS IN APARTMENT. OFFICERS ARRIVED CHECKED THE STAIRS AND HALLWAY AND EVERYTHING CHECKED CLEAR.

2000 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK= 7500 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2045 HOURS- ASSIST PGPD WITH COMMERCIAL ALARM- 7500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALARM ACTIVATION FROM FRONT SIDE DOOR. OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND DISCOVERED THE T/A WITH AN OPEN DOOR. OFFICERS CLEARED THE BUILDING WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. THEY KEY HOLDER ARRIVED ON SCENE AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DOOR WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND WAS BLOWN OPEN BY THE WIND.

2130 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- DARCARS DODGE- 911 OPEN LINE WITH STATIC FROM THE T/A.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND EVERYTHING CHECKED CLEAR.

2215 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR. - ALL CLEAR

2230 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - ALL CLEAR.

2255 HOURS- RESIDENTIAL ALARM – 6100 BLOCK 85TH PL - ALARM ACTIVATION FROM KEYPAD. OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURE WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY. THE ALARM WAS SET OFF ACCIDENTALLY BY HOMEOWNER.

2300 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR

2315 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR

2345 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

0005 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE – 6100 BLOCK 84TH AVE -  CALLER REPORTED BROTHER WAS INTOXICATED AND BEING DISORDERLY. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND THE INTOXICATED MALE REQUESTED FIRE BOARD. ONCE FIRE BOARD ARRIVED ON SCENE HE WAS UNCOOPERATIVE AND REFUSED THEIR SERVICES. AFTER SPEAKING WITH INTOXICATED MALE, HE STATED HE WOULD DRINK SOME WATER AND SLEEP IT OFF.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
