1430 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - CALLER COMPLAINED SHE WANTED HER LIVE-IN BOYFRIEND TO LEAVE THEIR RESIDENCE AFTER A VERBAL ALTERCATION.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET BOTH PARTIES, WHO WERE UNINJURED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, AND THE CALLER WAS REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES. 1521 HOURS- TRAFFIC COMPLAINT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  CALLER COMPLAINED A VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING THE WRONG WAY ON ANNAPOLIS RD, HEADING TOWARDS LANDOVER HILLS.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA AND CANVASED ANNAPOLIS RD. TO ARDWICK ARDMORE RD, WHEN DISPATCH ADVISED THE VEHICLE WAS IN "D" SECTOR AND THE INCIDENT OCCURRED OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.

1549 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1620 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  THE TWO INDIVIDUALS FROM A PREVIOUS DOMESTIC WERE INVOLVED IN ANOTHER VERBAL DISPUTE, THE MALE TOOK THE KEYS FROM THEIR VEHICLE, STRANDING THE VEHICLE IN THE ROADWAY WITH THE FEMALE CALLER.  THE CALLER WAS TRANSPORTED TO HER RESIDENCE, A SPARE KEY WAS OBTAINED AND THE VEHICLE WAS MOVED FROM THE ROADWAY.  THE MALE IS A CO-OWNER OF THE VEHICLE; THE FEMALE WAS AGAIN ADVISED TO SEEK A PROTECTIVE ORDER.  REPORT WRITTEN

1645 HOURS- NOISE COMPLAINT- 6400 BLOCK JODIE ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A NOISE COMPLAINT, MAKING CONTACT WITH THE MALE CALLER.  THE MALE COMPLAINED HIS EX-GIRLFRIEND, WHO RESIDED UPSTAIRS, WAS PLAYING LOUD MUSIC AND HE COULD NOT SLEEP.  THE MALE AND FEMALE RESIDE IN SEPARATE UNITS OF THE RESIDENCE, AND BOTH HAVE INTEREST AS OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY; BOTH PARTIES WERE ADVISED TO SEEK A PERMANENT RESOLUTION TO THE LIVING ARRANGEMENT THROUGH CIVIL COURTS FOR PROPERTY SETTLEMENT.
