0525 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 7400 BLOCK LEAHY RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE OVER PROPERTY.  OFFICERS MET THE MALE AND FEMALE INVOLVED, BOTH WERE IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, BOTH REFUSED FIREBOARD, NEITHER CLAIMED INJURY, AND BOTH REFUSED TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED.  BOTH PAR            TIES REFUSED TO LEAVE THE RESIDENCE, AND WERE REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES. REPORT WRITTEN

0623 HOURS- STOLEN AUTO- 8100 BLOCK POWHATAN ST.-  THE VICTIM REPORTED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT STOLE HER VEHICLE FROM HER DRIVEWAY, AFTER SHE LEFT HER KEYS IN THE DRIVERS SEAT, AND WALKED BACK INTO HER RESIDENCE TO RETRIEVE HER WALLET.  THE SUSPECT FLED THE SCENE IN THE VEHICLE IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION; THE VEHICLE WAS ENTERED INTO N.C.I.C. AS "STOLEN" BY P.G. TELETYPE. REPORT WRITTEN

0655 HOURS- ROOMMATE DISPUTE- 6400 BLOCK JODIE- OFFICERS WERE FLAGGED DOWN AT NCPD HQ, FOR AN ON-GOING ROOMMATE DISPUTE, THIS INCIDENT OVER A DOG BEING BROUGHT INTO THE RESIDENCE.  THE RESIDENT WAS ADVISED THE ISSUE WAS CIVIL, AND WOULD BE REFERRED TO NCPD ANIMAL CONTROL TO DETERMINE THE BREED OF THE ANIMAL.

0715 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF A MALE SLEEPING IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX STAIRWELL.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, LOCATED THE MALE, WHO WAS AWAKENED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

0752 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0830 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

0917 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0952 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE- ALL CLEAR.

1011 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1057 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1120 HOURS- ASSIST ANIMAL CONTROL- 6400 BLOCK JODIE ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION TO ASSIST ANIMAL CONTROL WITH THE IDENTIFICATION OF A DOG BREED (BASED ON AN EARLIER COMPLAINT).  ANIMAL CONTROL MADE CONTACT WITH THE OWNER OF THE DOG, WHO WAS ISSUED A 48 HOURS NOTIFICATION TO REMOVE THE ANIMAL.  HANDLED BY NCPD ANIMAL CONTROL.

1130 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS CONDUCTED A FOOT PATROL OF THE LOCATION AFTER COMPLAINTS OF C.D.S. USE/SALES, AND A RESIDENT OF THE LOCATION POSSESSING TWO PITBULLS WHOM HE ALLOWS TO RUN FREE OUTSIDE WITHOUT TETHER.  OFFICERS DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SIGNS OF C.D.S. IN THE BUILDING, OR OBSERVED ANY ANIMALS ROAMING THE AREA.

1134 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE CRICKET WIRELESS AFTER T/A MANAGEMENT REPORTED A DISORDERLY CUSTOMER WHO REFUSED TO LEAVE.  THE MALE WAS G.O.A., BUT WAS LOCATED AT ANOTHER T/A.  THE MALE WAS STOPPED, DISCOVERED TO BE EXTREMELY INTOXICATED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ISSUED A CRIMINAL CITATION, ADVISED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE METRO STATION TO FACILITATE HIS QUICK RETURN HOME. REPORT WRITTEN

1223 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 (PARKED) IN THE DARCARS PARKING LOT.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.

1257 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 5900 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A FAMILY DISPUTE, AFTER THE CALLER, WHO SUFFERS FROM MENTAL ILLNESS, BECAME UPSET WHEN HIS FATHER DID NOT TAKE OUT THE RESIDENCE TRASH.  THE CALLER WAS MET AND ADVISED.

1335 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD-  ALL CLEAR.

1417 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD-  ALL CLEAR.

1515 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 8400 BLOCK CATHEDRAL AVE- CALLER STATED TWO CHILDREN WERE HOME ALONE WITHOUT SUPERVISION.

1614 HOURS- ACCIDENT REPORT- 7800 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD & FINNS LANE- THE DRIVER OF UNIT-1 STRUCK UNIT-2 WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE LANES. REPORT WRITTEN

1720 HOURS- TOW DISPUTE- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE- CALLER STATED HIS VEHICLE HAD BEEN TOWED FOR A PARKING VIOLATION. THE CALLER STATED THE APARTMENT COMPLEX HAD NOT POSTED PROPER SIGNS STATING THE TOW POLICY ON THE PROPERTY. OFFICERS ADVISED THE CALLER OF THE POLICY AND ALL LOCATIONS WERE THE TOW COMPANY POSTED SIGNS. 


1900 hrs., Lost Property - Metro Points Hotel -Caller reported losing their dogs but were located prior to police arrival / All Clear

1903 hrs., Abandoned Vehicle - Donahue Drive and Cathedral Avenue - Caller reported a black vehicle with front end damage was left there unattended/ Vehicle was not stolen and parked legally (removed by owner)

2009 hrs., Theft – 8200 block Annapolis Road -Caller reported a theft. REPORT WRITTEN

2050 hrs., Premise Check - I.H.O.P. / All Clear

2107 hrs., Unknown Trouble – 8600 block Fremont Street - Caller reported that there was a light on inside her residence (which she claimed she did not leave on) and wanted officers to check it out due being a victim of a burglary yesterday / Walkthrough conducted with no signs of forced entry or burglary

0010 hrs., Check on the Welfare – 5900 block Mentana Street - Caller reported she was dropped off at the location by Uber driver to meet a friend whom she met online and her battery died prior to meeting him / Assisted

0059 hrs., Loud Music Complaint – 7700 block Riverdale Road - Ongoing complaint over loud music and/or television volume / Advised

0130 hrs., Premise Check- 7-Eleven / All Clear

0134 hrs., Premise Check - 5200-5400 blocks of 85th Avenue / All Clear

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
