0926 Burglary Arrest/ 6500 block Jodie St /ex-lover of the victim entered the residence through a rear basement window. The suspect broke into the residence yesterday and stole the victim's property. Due to the victim having her niece, she didn't call the police. The victim returned today and notified the police of the burglary. Officer's gained entry with the victims key and discovered the suspect sleeping in the victim's bed in the nude. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to Hyattsville DOC for processing. NCPD CID and NC3 were notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1130 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear, no suspicious activity observed

1226 Suspicious Person/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / officer’s observed the subject exiting the store carrying food containers. Officer’s made contact with the subject who admitted to not paying for the food. Management declined charges and trespassed the subject. REPORT WRITTEN

1255 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / area was clear, no suspicious activity observed 

1306 Added Info/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / wanted to check if any video surveillance was recovered from the burglary. The caller also wanted to alert officers the suspects returned the box from the air mattress.

1318 Accident/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers 

1406 Domestic/ 8400 block Cathedral Ave / boyfriend and girlfriend had a verbal altercation over the girlfriend's employment. During the altercation, the male took her phone and fled prior to officer’s arrival. The girlfriend completed the Lethality Assessment and screened in with the advocate. REPORT WRITTEN

1650 Domestic/ 6000 block Westbrook Dr. / girlfriend needed to serve her boyfriend a peace order. The peace order was served and the respondent was sent on his way. The return of service was faxed. REPORT WRITTEN

2210 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK= 7500 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  ALL CLEAR.
2230 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 5800 BLOCK OLAND DR. - CALLER REPORTED SOMEONE STRUCK HIS VEHICLE AND FLED WITHOUT LEAVING THEIR INFORMATION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THE INCIDENT OCCURRED OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS. PGPD WAS REQUESTED AND RESPONDED TO THE SCENE. 

2256 HOURS- CDS COMPLAINT- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR - ANONYMOUS CALLER REPORTED TWO FEMALE RESIDENTS SMOKING CDS IN BUILDING HALLWAY. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND LOCATED TWO FEMALES, WHO RESIDE IN THE BUILDING, TALKING, SMOKING CIGARETTES, AND EATING SUNFLOWER SEEDS. THEY WERE ADVISED AND SENT ON THEIR WAY. 

2310 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS OCCUPIED VEHICLE- 8200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED VEHICLE PARKED IN FRONT CLOSED T/A. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH CITIZEN WHO STOPPED IN PARK TO LOOK FOR HER MEDICATION SHE THOUGHT SHE DROPPED AT THE T/A. WHILE SEARCHING IN THE VEHICLE SHE LOCATED THE MEDICATION, WHICH HAD FALLEN UNDERNEATH HER SEAT.

2320 HOURS- DISABLED VEHICLE- RIVERDALE RD/LAMONT DR - OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED DISABLED VEHICLE BLOCKING THE ROADWAY. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH DRIVER AND SHE REPORTED HER PRIVATE TOW WAS 15 MINUTES AWAY. FLARES WERE DEPLOYED. 

0012 HOURS- LANDLORD TENANT DISPUTE- 5800 BLOCK MENTANA ST. - CALLER REPORTED HER LANDLORD LOCKED HER ROOM AND DID NOT ALLOW HER TO GET HER BELONGINGS. OFFICERS MET WITH LANDLORD WHO REPORTED SHE DID NOT HAVE THE KEY AND THE CALLER HAD LOCKED THE DOOR. THE CALLER WAS UNCOOPERATIVE AND REFUSED POLICE SERVICES. THEY BOTH WERE ADVISED.

 0215 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.  - CALLER REPORTED TWO PEOPLE FIGHTING. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND DISCOVERED TWO PEOPLE WHO WERE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AND WERE ARGUING OVER FOOTBALL. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
