male and female in a vehicle were fighting. Upon officer’s arrival, the
subjects were sitting in the car at the gas pump. Officers interviewed the
subjects who stated they were having a verbal argument and not fighting. REPORT

to leave begging for money. Female was sent on the way without incident
1625 Theft/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -caller stated
cell phone was stolen. With the assistance of officer's the complainant's phone
was located at a Verizon store.
1740 Parking Complaint/ Harland @ Sara St-
vehicle was blocking a fire hydrant. Vehicle was gone upon arrival

HOURS- EPS- 6500 BLOCK INLET ST. - CALLER REPORTED HER SON WAS DESTROYING THE HOUSE AND
ASSAUTING HER. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND OBSERVED THE ARRESTED COME OUTSIDE
AND LAY ON THE GROUND AND BEGIN YELLING. ONCE OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE
CALLER WE OBSERVED SHE HAD CONTUSIONS AND SWELLING AROUND HER FACE. IT WAS
DISCOVERED THE ARRESTED WAS DIAGNOSED WITH MULTIPLE MENTAL DISORDERS AND HAD
NOT TAKEN HIS MEDICINE. DUE TO THE ARRESTED ERRATIC BEHAVIOR AND HIS ACTIONS
THE ARRESTED WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND
PRINCE GEORGE'S HOSPITAL FOR A PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION. A WARRANT WAS
WRITTEN AND IS PENDING. NCPD 3 WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.

OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND SPOKE WITH THE CALLER, WHO REPORTED THERE WAS AN ALTERCATION INSIDE THE T/A BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. THE CALLER STATED THEY LEFT PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL AND HE DECIDED TO HANG UP.

0022 HOURS- STOLEN AUTO- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - SECURITY OFFICERS FROM S&K SECURITY FLAGGED OFFICERS DOWN AND REPORTED HIS SECURITY VEHICLE HAD BEEN STOLEN. THE SECURITY OFFICER REPORTED HE PARKED HIS VEHICLE TO START HIS FOOT PATROL AND UPON HIS RETURN THE VEHICLE WAS NO LONGER WHERE HE HAD PARKED IT. (SEE OUTCOME BELOW 0150 HOURS)

REPORTED THE MALE (ARRESTED) WAS INSIDE THE T/A CONSUMING LIQUOR FROM A BOTTLE,
BEING DISORDERLY, USING FOUL LANGUAGE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS AND STAFF. OFFICERS
ARRIVED ON SCENE AND REMOVED THE ARRESTED. THE ARRESTED REFUSED TO LEAVE THE
PROPERTY AND ATTEMPTED TO FIGHT OFFICERS. AN ALTERCATION ENSUED AND THE
ARRESTED WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. THE ARRESTED WAS TRANSPORTED TO UNIVERSITY OF
MARYLAND PRINCE GEORGE'S HOSPITAL FOR MINOR INJURIES SUSTAINED AND SUBSEQUENTLY
TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR PRESENTATION OF
CHARGES. NCPD 3 WAS ON THE SCENE OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

OFFICER FROM S&K SECURITY REPORTED THEY HAD LOCATED THE VEHICLE THAT WAS
ALLEGEDLY STOLEN. IT WAS DISCOVERED THE SECURITY OFFICER HAD FORGOTTEN WHERE HE
HAD PARKED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER ENTERED INTO NCIC AND PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY POLICE COMMUNICATION WAS NOTIFIED OF THE CHANGE IN
CLASSIFICATION.

VEHICLE- ANNAPOLIS RD AND RIVERDALE RD. - OFFICERS OBSERVED A
VEHICLE DISABLED IN THE ROADWAY. OFFICERS DEPLOYED FLARES TILL HER TOW TRUCK
ARRIVED.
0310 HOURS- NOISE
COMPLAINT- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.- CALLER
REPORTED LOUD MUSIC COMING FROM SECOND FLOOR. OFFICER ARRIVED ON SCENE AND MADE
CONTACT WITH PROBLEM HALF AND ADVISED THEM TO TURN OFF THE MUSIC. THE PROBLEM
HALF TURNED THE MUSIC OFF.
0330 HOURS-
HOMICIDE- 6400 BLOCK CARROLLTON CT.- OFFICERS
HEARD PRINCE GEORGE'S POLICE COMMUNICATION DISPATCH B SECTOR TO A DOMESTIC
STABBING AND PROVIDED AN ADDRESS THAT WAS SIMILAR TO AN ADDRESS IN THE CITY.
OFFICERS RESPONDED TO LOCATION AND WERE MET BY THE DECEDENT'S WIFE WHO LET
OFFICERS IN. ONCE OFFICERS ENTERED THE RESIDENCE THE ARRESTED WAS COMING UP THE
STAIRS. THE ARRESTED WAS ORDERED BACK DOWN STAIRS IN ORDER FOR OFFICERS TO
DETERMINE WHAT HAD OCCURRED. ONCE OFFICERS WERE ENTERING THE RESIDENCE,
OFFICERS OBSERVED THE DECEDENT LYING ON THE GROUND AT THE BASE OF THE STAIRS IN
A POOL OF BLOOD AND HAD LABORED BREATHING. OFFICERS BEGAN LIFE SAVING MEASURES
UNTIL FIRE BOARD ARRIVED. MEDIC 830 ARRIVED ON SCENE AND TRANSPORTED THE DECEDENT
TO UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND PRINCE GEORGE'S HOSPITAL. THE ARRESTED WAS TAKEN INTO
CUSTODY AND WHEN OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE HIM FROM THE RESIDENCE HE BECAME
AGGRESSIVE AND BEGAN TO RESIST OFFICERS. AFTER A BRIEF STRUGGLE THE ARRESTED
WAS TAKEN OUTSIDE AND PLACED INTO A MARKED CRUISER. THE ARRESTED REFUSED TO
GIVE A STATEMENT AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE DOC FOR
PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. OFFICERS WERE ADVISED THE DECEDENT WAS IN STABLE
CONDITION BUT NEEDED SURGERY. SUBSEQUENTLY OFFICERS WERE CONTACTED BY A PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY OFFICER WORKING SECONDARY EMPLOYMENT AT THE HOSPITAL ADVISING
THE DECEDENT HAD PASSED AWAY DURING SURGERY. WHEN IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS
THE DECEDENT, OFFICERS CONTACTED PGPD HOMICIDE AND RELINQUISHED ALL INVESTIGATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES. NCPD 3 AND 4 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT AND NCPD 4
RESPONDED TO THE SCENE. REPORT WRITTEN
