0708 Recovered Stolen Auto/ 7600 block Topton St -citizen requested officers to Check a vehicle parked in front of their home. Officers checked the registration and the vehicle was stolen in the county. Charlie’s Towing responded and impounded the vehicle. REPORT WRITTEN

0810 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - area was clear

0915 Aggressive Driver/ Veterans Pkwy @ Annapolis Rd vehicle was driving erratic. Officers checked the area with negative results

0932 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. - school conducted a lockdown drill.

1036 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - area was clear, business as usual

1146 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - area was clear, business as usual

1330 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd - no issues, business as usual

1522 Accident/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd -parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers 

1529 Stolen Auto/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - vehicle was stolen from the repair shop in Seat Pleasant the caller was advised.

1600 Theft / 7600 block Riverdale Rd - child’s phone was stolen at school. Parent was advised to contact SRO to file the report 

1700 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -area was clear, spoke with employee of Papa Johns

1845 hrs., 7300 block Sara St/ Residential Alarm, alarm company stated the alarm was activated by the homeowner but they gave the incorrect password.  Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the homeowner who gave the correct password and the alarm was shut off.  Accidental by homeowner.

1910 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1920 hrs., Business check/ CVS, check clear.

2015 hrs., 7500 Block of Good Luck/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2045 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.  Officers conducted a foot patrol of the area.

2105 hrs., Business check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd (Foot Patrol), check clear.

2155 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

2220 hrs., School Check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

2240 hrs., 7500 Block of Good Luck Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2255 hrs., School Check/ Robert Frost School, check clear.

2300 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

2305 hrs., 7100 Block of Good Luck Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2311 hrs., Beckett Field/ Suspicious vehicle unoccupied, when the registration was run in an attempt to locate an owner, it came back registered to another vehicle.  After further investigation, the vehicle did not come back registered and it was parked on City Property (which is closed after dark)  Vehicle was impounded. REPORT WRITTEN

2325 hrs., 7500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Assist Prince George's County Police with a possible Burglary (open window in the business).  Officers assisted with the perimeter for County Police, nothing located the window was too small to make entry.  

0010 hrs., 5200 block 85th Ave/ Burglary, caller stated he left in the afternoon from his residence and when he returned home he noticed several items missing.  There was no forced entry into the residence.  NC #3 and Det. Sgt. Robinson were notified of the incident. REPORT WRITTEN

0050 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.  Officers conducted a foot patrol of the area.

0110 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0145 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas Station, check clear.

0205 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0235 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

0304 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Attempted Theft from Auto, caller stated he observed 2 males attempting to take the tires and rims off of his vehicle.  He gave a description and officers canvassed the area.  There were no items taken by the males but Det. Sgt. Robinson was notified due to prior similar activity occurring in that area.  The information was passed onto Prince George's County Police for a look out. REPORT WRITTEN

0330 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

0350 hrs., Residential check/ Heritage Square Apartments, check clear.

0400 hrs., Topton St and Powhatan St/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, officers observed a male and a female sitting inside the vehicle.  Both were questioned and they lived in the area, advised and sent on their way.  

0431 hrs., Westbrook Dr. and Powhatan St/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident (vehicle matched the description of the vehicle in the Theft from Auto call)


0500 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
