0730 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - area was clear, children going to school

0910 Check Welfare/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - doctor requested to speak with his patient. It was due to the patient sending a crazy text message. The patient was ok and the doctor was satisfied

1000 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - spoke with property management in reference to the recent burglaries. 

1048 Domestic/ 5400 block 85th Ave. -husband and wife having a verbal altercation over the husband keeping the wife’s money. REPORT WRITTEN

1145 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd. - no issues, business as usual

1233 Theft/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd -suspect failed to pay for food from the hot bar. Suspect was trespassed by LP and sent on his way

1331 Landlord-Tenant/ 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy -the caller was evicted and wanted to retrieve things from the property. Unfortunately, the property was sold as is and the new owner refused to allow any property to be taken out

1339 Theft Arrest/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd- suspect entered the store and stole merchandise. In the suspects black bag possession was a black pellet gun. The suspect did not have ID and was transported to DOC for processing. CID and NC3 were notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1520 MPS/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd - subject entered the bank attempted to open a bank account with a fake ID. REPORT WRITTEN

1550 Unknown Trouble/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd- officers canvassed the area with negative results 

1741 Tampering/ 6100 block 85th Ave -a Hispanic male was tampering with a vehicle in the driveway.

1740 hrs., 6100 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious person tampering with vehicle doors. Officers canvassed the area with negative results.

1830 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1900 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

1915 hrs., School check/ Carrollton Elementary School, check clear.

1945 hrs., School check/ Lamont Elementary School, check clear.

2030 hrs., Annapolis Rd/Ardwick Ardmore/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2045 hrs., 7400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2050 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

2100 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.  Officers conducted a foot patrol of the area.

2130 hrs., Business check/ Shell gas station, check clear.

2140 hrs., 7300 block Good Luck Rd/ Traffic stop, stop without incident.

2156 hrs., 6100 block Lamont Dr./ Suspicious Person, juvenile male was observed walking in cold weather and officers make contact to make sure he was ok.  As officers approached him and spoke with the juvenile he became irate and began insulting officers. Officers stopped and identified the individual and released him to his sister. REPORT WRITTEN

2210 hrs., 7400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2230 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

2343 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious Person, caller stated she observed a male walking in the woods and she found it odd.  Officers stopped a male in the wooded area and after talking to him find out that he lives in the apartment building and was taking the shortcut home from the store.  He was sent on his way.

0035 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Loud music complaint, officers entered the building and are unable to hear the music.  Officers contacted the caller and advised them of what actions they can take if the music continues to be loud.

0057 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ Suspicious Person, caller stated there was a male with a flashlight looking inside vehicles.  Officers located the male and when speaking to him discovered he was a tow truck driver who was looking for passes inside vehicles.

0115 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0145 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost Elementary School, check clear.

0220 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0258 hrs., 7900 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop was cleared without incident.

0310 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ Residential Alarm, General Alarm coming from the apartment.  Officers checked and there were no unsecured doors or any signs of entry.  All doors were secure and no signs of forced entry.

0334 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Stolen vehicle, caller stated her 2015 Toyota was stolen from the parking lot.  Officers went to the residence and no one there knew why officers were there.  Officers contacted the tow company who stated they did not have the vehicle.  Officers attempted to contact the caller and the phone went straight to voicemail with no response.  

0350 hrs., Public Works, check was clear.

0415 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, Check clear.

0435 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0505 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.  Officers conducted a foot patrol of the area.
