0632 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0711 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

0803 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

0833 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK-  REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

0937 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1006 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1046 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- DARCARS DODGE-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE DODGE DEALERSHIP AFTER A FAULTY PHONE LINE DIALED EMERGENCY SERVICES, THIS IS AN ON-GOING TECHNICAL ISSUE, AND DEALERSHIP MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE ISSUE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.

1102 HOURS- LOCKOUT- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION TO ASSIST AN ELDERLY FEMALE WHO LOCKED HER CAR KEYS INSIDE HER VEHICLE.  OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO UTILIZE A LOCKOUT DEVICE TO OPEN THE VEHICLE WITHOUT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.

1241 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8100 BLOCK QUENTIN ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ANONYMOUS REPORT OF A MALE USING A LADDER TO ACCESS THE ROOFS OF SEVERAL HOMES.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT OF THE HOME, WHO STATED THE MALE IN QUESTION WORKS FOR THE HOMEOWNER AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YARD MAINTENANCE ON SEVERAL HOMES IN THE AREA. 

1256 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 HANG-UP.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH MANAGEMENT, WHO STATED TWO CUSTOMERS HAD YELLED AT HIM, THEN LEFT THE BUSINESS PRIOR TO POLICE ARRIVAL.  MANAGEMENT DECLINED POLICE SERVICES, AS NO THREATS WERE MADE BY THE CUSTOMERS.

1311 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1345 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 OPEN LINE.  OFFICERS MET THE T/A EMPLOYEE, WHO STATED A CUSTOMER BECAME DISORDERLY AFTER HIS CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED.  THE CUSTOMER LEFT PRIOR TO POLICE ARRIVAL.

1413 HOURS- ASSIST P.G.S.S. -  CHARLES CARROLL-  SCHOOL SECURITY REQUESTED OFFICERS TO ASSIST WITH A CANVAS FOR A MISSING JUVENILE, WHO WAS TRESPASSING ON SCHOOL PROPERTY.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE SURROUNDING AREAS WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS; SCHOOL SECURITY WILL BE HANDLING THE MATTER INTERNALLY.

1516 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 8600 BLOCK PRESTON ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A RESIDENT CALLED TO HAVE THEIR MENTALLY ILL DAUGHTER TAKEN TO P.G.H. FOR EVALUATION.  THE DAUGHTER WAS COMPLIANT AND NON-VIOLENT; P.G.F.D. TRANSPORTED THE CALLER AND HER DAUGHTER TO P.G.H. FOR A VOLUNTARY E.P.S.

1622 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1641 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

1615 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ All Clear.

1730 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

1840 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

1915 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

2050 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Gavin St/ All Clear.


2115 hrs., Follow Up/ 5400 block 85th Ave / Spoke to male who advised officers he was feeling much better because he went and brought his medication. He stated he did not have it yesterday and everything made him agitated. 

2135 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr.  / All Clear.

2145 hrs., Assist County units/ 7400 block Annapolis Rd/ Officer responded on scene to assist a county officer detain a male subject, who was being disorderly in the T/A. Officers detained the subject and he was transported to D.O.C.

2245 hrs., Premise Check/ 7200 block Goodluck Rd/ All Clear.

2310 hrs., Premise Check/ 6200 block 86th Ave/ All Clear.

0020 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

0032 hrs., Stalking/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Caller stated she was receiving pictures of her apartment complex from multiples phone numbers. Caller stated none of the text messages were threatening, she just wanted information on how to stop them from texting her phone.

0105 hrs., Stalking/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ caller stated she wanted officers to return because one of the phone numbers texted her and advised her not to call the police again or they were going to come to her residence. Caller stated to officers she has lived there for 10 months and that she did not know anyone in the area. REPORT WRITTEN

0115 hrs., Premise Check/ 6400 block 85th Ave / All Clear.

0200 hrs., Unoccupied Vehicle/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Officers observed a vehicle unoccupied idling in the parking lot. While officers were verifying who the vehicle belonged to, the owner came out from his home to let officers know it was his vehicle and that he was not gone long. The vehicle owner received a parking citation and was sent on his way.

0210 hrs., Premise Check/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ All Clear.

0231 hrs., Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated 4 individuals did not pay for their meal they ordered. Officers arrived on scene and observed 4 individuals in a white Honda Accord, who matched the description of the subjects who left the T/A. Officer’s removed the subjects from the vehicle and had them pay for their meal. Due to them not having a license to operate the vehicle they were driving and being juveniles, their legal Guardians had to come to the scene, so they could be released to them. The owner of the vehicle was out of town but a relative was able to drive the vehicle home. REPORT WRITTEN

0345 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ All Clear.

0400 hrs., Theft from Auto/ 5300 block 85th Ave/ Caller stated an Unknown person stole the tires off of her vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and collected the necessary information for report, and the caller was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance carrier. REPORT WRITTEN

0430 hrs., Suspicious Vehicle/ 5300 block 85th Ave/ Officers observed a vehicle sitting in the middle of the parking lot. As officers approached the vehicle, there was a male sleeping. Officers asked the driver if was he ok and he advised officers he just got off from work and he had fallen asleep while waiting for a parking spot. The driver parked his vehicle and went inside his residence.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
