THE LOCATION FOR A COMPLAINT OF TWO PEOPLE LOCKED IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, SMOKING
C.D.S. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH A MALE IN THE PARKING LOT WHO CAME TO
THE LOCATION AT REQUEST OF ONE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, HE WAS STOPPED,
IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE RESPONDED, UNLOCKED THE LAUNDRY ROOM; THE TWO SUSPECTS
WERE DETAINED, SEARCHED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED,
BARRED FROM THE PROPERTY, THEN SENT ON THEIR WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

REPORTED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT MADE ENTRY TO HIS PARKED VEHICLE, THEN DROVE THAT
VEHICLE FROM SCENE TO DESTINATION UNKNOWN, MAKING GOOD OF THEIR ESCAPE.
THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THE VEHICLE BEING IMPOUNDED OR REPOSSESSED; TELETYPE WAS
NOTIFIED AND THE VEHICLE WAS ENTERED INTO N.C.I.C. AS "STOLEN." REPORT WRITTEN

RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION TO CHECK THE WELFARE OF AN ELDERLY DIABETIC MALE WHO
WAS NOT IN CONTACT WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY FOR MORE THAN TWO DAYS. RENTAL
MANAGEMENT OPENED THE APARTMENT DOOR, THE RESIDENT WAS DISCOVERED DECEASED, AND
PRONOUNCED BY PGFD ON SCENE. THE RESIDENCE INTERIOR, THE DECEDENT AND ALL
RELEVANT MEDICATIONS/PROPERTY WERE PHOTOGRAPHED FOR DOCUMENTATION. THE
DECEDENTS PHYSICIAN WAS CONTACTED; NCPD3, PG HOMICIDE AND THE OFFICE OF THE
M.E. WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

WERE FLAGGED DOWN IN REFERENCE TO A ROOMMATE DISPUTE BETWEEN TWO PARTIES.
OFFICERS MET THE PROBLEM PARTIES, AND DETERMINED THE ISSUE WAS A CIVIL DISPUTE
OVER RENT. BOTH PARTIES WERE REFERRED TO LANDLORD/TENANT COURT FOR
RESOLUTION.

OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

WELFARE- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - OFFICERS
RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION TO CHECK THE WELFARE OF A MIDDLE AGED MALE WHO
SUFFERS FROM MENTAL ILLNESS, AFTER THE MALE WAS UNABLE TO BE REACHED BY A
LIFELONG FRIEND. OFFICERS KNOCKED AT THE APARTMENT DOOR WITH NEGATIVE
RESPONSE, ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS WERE SECURE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH A
NEIGHBOR, WHO STATED THE MALE IN QUESTION LIVES WITH HIS MOTHER AT THE
LOCATION, AND THEY HAD SEEN THE MALE AND HIS MOTHER LEAVE APPROXIMATELY 48
HOURS PRIOR AND THEIR VEHICLE WAS NOT PARKED IN THE ASSIGNED SPOT, THE
NEIGHBOR HAD NOT SEEN THE MALE AND HIS MOTHER RETURN OVER THE LAST 48 HOUR
PERIOD. NO ACTION TAKEN.

1800 hrs., Traffic
Accident/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Unit 1 and Unit
2 were in a traffic accident. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with
the drivers of both units. They advised officers the accident did not occur in
New Carrollton. Prior to a County Officer responding to the scene, both Units
no longer wanted Police assistance.
1832 hrs., Theft/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Officers
responded to the store for a shoplifter. Officers made contact with T/A
security, who advised they observed the subject in question concealing
merchandise prior to leaving. The subject was apprehended with the merchandise
on her persons. The subject was advised and banned from the T/A.

Complaint/ 6400 block Fairborn Terr./ Caller stated his
ex-girlfriend wanted to hurt him. Officers responded to the scene and spoke
with the caller, who advised officers that he had a protective order against
her. Officers advised the caller that his protective order was expired and that
he had to get another one. Officers spoke with callers ex and advised her about
harassing the caller. Both parties were advised.
