TO THE LOCATION, MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER AND HIS BROTHER, WHO WAS STILL
SITTING INSIDE ONE OF THE DAMAGED VEHICLES. THE BROTHER WAS TAKEN INTO
CUSTODY, BELIEVED TO BE A DANGER TO HIMSELF, AND TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL

COMPLAINED THEIR EX VIOLATED THE TERMS OF THEIR COURT ORDERED CUSTODY AGREEMENT,
ARRIVING EARLY FOR A CHILD CUSTODY EXCHANGE ON THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. THIS INCIDENT HANDLED BY EVENING SHIFT.

Dispute/ 8300 block Quintana St/ Caller stated her ex-boyfriend
tried to take 1 of her children that he is not the father of. Officers
responded to the scene and spoke with caller who stated to officers that her ex-boyfriend
was supposed to pick their kids up from her residence at 5pm. Caller stated he never showed
up and that he came to their kids school to pick them up. Caller stated they
started arguing at the school and that her kids’ father punched her in the
face. Officers spoke with other people that were there who advised officers
that the caller was never struck by her ex-boyfriend. Both parties were advised
and the children went home with their father. REPORT WRITTEN

Complaint/ 5800 block Lamont Terr. / Caller stated they could see a couple of
individuals smoking at the school. Officers canvass the area but did not
observe anyone smoking.
1930 hrs., Traffic
Violation/ 8600 block Annapolis Rd/ Officers conducted a
traffic stop on a blue Dodge Challenger that had illegal tints. Officers
conducted a warrant check which yielded positive through sheriffs. Officer
transported the driver to Hyattsville D.O.C for his warrant and the diver was
issued a repair order for his tint. REPORT

Dispute/ 8500 block Carrollton Pkwy/ County Officers
handled this call due to New Carrollton Officers handling another call. County
Officers advised that a month ago a mother put her 16 year old daughter out of
the house. The mother stated her daughter been staying at her friend’s house
and just recently started staying at her grandmothers’ residence. The mother
stated they were having a family dinner tonight at the grandmothers’ house and
she ended up having a verbal argument with her daughter and her daughter ended
up leaving the house. The mother wanted a missing person report but the
Grandmother advised officers she knew where her granddaughter was and was headed
to pick her up. Both parties were advised.

Trouble/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd / 911 open line
with static from the T/A. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with
manager who advised officers no one called and that they are working on fixing
that open line.
2027 hrs., Unknown Trouble/
Westbrook Dr. @ Powhatan St/ Caller stated there was a man walking down the
street with a broken leg. Officers canvassed the area but did not observe
anyone needing medical attention. Officers called the caller but had difficulty
understanding them due to language barrier. There was not a Spanish speaking
officer available to assist.
2130 hrs., Noise
Complaint/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ Caller advised the unit
below them was playing music very loud. Officers responded to the scene but
could not here any loud music playing.
2245 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.
2332 hrs.,
Assault/ 5900 block Mentana St/ Caller stated while
dropping his girlfriend at her residence, her ex-boyfriend came over to his
vehicle and punched him in the face. Officers responded to the scene and spoke
with the caller. The caller advised that after he was punched by his girlfriend’s
ex-boyfriend she got into his vehicle and they drove away. Officers observed
the caller's face and saw that he had a cut on his bottom lip. Caller stated he
did not have any information about the person who punched him. Officers canvassed
the area, which yielded negative results. REPORT WRITTEN

0156 hrs., Noise Complaint/ 6200 block Westbrook Dr./ Caller stated there
was a loud party. Prior to officers arriving Dispatched advised the caller no
longer needed Officers assistance.

0315 hrs., Premise Check/ 7100 block Goodluck Rd / All Clear.
0425 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

Fireboard/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated
that he suffers from Schizophrenia and that he needed to go to the hospital to
get his medicine. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with the caller,
who advised officers that he was homeless and wanted to get out of the cold
because it was making him paranoid. Fireboard handled the call and transported
the caller to PGH.
