entered the store and stole funds from the safe. NCPD CID was notified and
responded to the scene. NC3 was notified. REPORT WRITTEN

0747 Suspicious Person/ 5200 block 85th Ave -Hispanic males
walking around vehicles
0810 Check Welfare/ 8500 block Madison St -elderly
lady was screaming for help. Upon entering the area, her daughter flagged down
officers. The elderly lady was reunited with her daughter and transported to
her residence.
0855 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -no issues
reported, business as usual
0935 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - area was
clear
1042 Disorderly/ 7300 Long Branch Dr. - male
came to pick up his laptop from the caller. The caller and male are
acquaintances. The caller didn’t have the males’ laptop and wanted officers
present so he could get his phone.
1109 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -homeless male
wouldn’t leave the store. After speaking with management, they advised he made
a purchase and was taking too long to gather his items and leave. They stated
customers complained about his body odor. The homeless male left without
incident.
1120 Death/ 7600 block
Fontainebleau Dr. - hospice patient passed, EMS was on scene and pronounced.
Homicide and OCME were notified and released the body to hospice/family. NC3
was notified. REPORT WRITTEN
1227 Noise Complaint/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - officers
made contact and the noise was lowered
1345 Domestic/ 7600 block
Fontainebleau Dr. - male and female had a verbal/physical altercation with the
male leaving prior to arrival. There were no visible injuries, the complainant
refused medical treatment. The complainant completed the Lethality Assessment
and screened in but refused services at this time. The complainant was advised
to seek assistance at the commissioner's office. REPORT WRITTEN
1423 Residential Alarm/ 5900 block 87th Ave -
doors and windows were secure, unknown reason for activation

1600 Premise Check/ Plaza 30 -area was clear,

1839 hrs., 7300 block Gavin St/ Lost cell phone, caller stated
he lost his cell phone somewhere on the street several days ago. When the
caller used the "Where is my IPhone" app it pinged this
location. Officers knocked on the door of the location with negative
results, caller was advised what he needed to do.

check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons
loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

Business check/ 7-11, check clear.
2030 hrs.,
Business check/ CVS Pharmacy, check clear.
2047 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Lost Cell Phone,
caller stated he lost his phone while he was taking the trash out. When
he went to attempt to locate it, he could not find it. Caller wanted
Officers to start knocking on doors to ask if anyone picked it up. He was
advised what actions he could take due to the phone being lost only.
2112 hrs., Robert Frost Elementary School/ Water main break,
while conducting a premise check of the school, officers located a water main
break coming from the ground outside of the school. WSSC was notified but
stated the school would have to handle it. The school maintenance was
contacted and arrived to stop the water from flowing as well as salting the
roadway in the City that may be affected by the running water. REPORT
WRITTEN
2133 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Accident, minor accident
with no injuries or major damage to the vehicles. Officers exchanged
information for the individuals, due to them visiting and not from this state
and not knowing what to do. Officers assisted.
2220 hrs., Darcar's Dodge/ Alarm, same alarm we get daily with
no ability to call back and nothing but static on the line. Cleared with
no problems by Officers already at the location.
2256 hrs., Quentin St and Carrollton Pkwy/ Suspicious vehicle
occupied, individuals lived at a residence close to the location and were just
coming home from relatives for the holidays. Sent on their way.
2333 hrs., 7500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop
cleared without incident.
2345 hrs., 7600 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop
cleared without incident.

0112 hrs., 7-11/ Theft, employee observed a male pick up 3
cokes from the cooler and walk out of the store without paying. Employee
had a very brief description of the male and a direction of travel.
Officers canvassed the area with negative results. REPORT WRITTEN

School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.
0306 hrs., 6100 block 86th Ave/ Landlord Tenant Complaint,
caller stated he was thrown out of his residence. When officers arrived
and spoke to the homeowner, who stated he asked the caller to leave due to his
high level of intoxication and starting fights. Homeowner stated the
caller did not reside there he was only staying there for a day or two.
Officers eventually located the caller at 7-11 and due to the cold weather and
his intoxication level he was taken back to the residence, who stated they
would keep him there for the night.
0320 hrs., 6200 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious vehicle
occupied, two people were inside of the vehicle in front of the
residence. Officers spoke with the individuals inside and the driver was
dropping off the passenger who resides at the house they were in front
of.
