0705 Premise Check/ 8100 block Carrollton Pkwy -due to call for service from evenings, officers canvassed the area for suspicious activity

0734 Hit & Run/ 6300 block Fairbanks St -no hit and run in Maryland. The accident happened in Chicago and the complainant wanted services in Maryland

0830 Check Welfare/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -caller stated someone put cameras in her place. Upon arrival, the caller left the location and used another citizen’s cellphone to make the complaint

0842 Accident/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - cab sideswiped a parked vehicle. Parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers 

0915 Traffic Assignment/ 6100 block 85th Pl officers observed traffic violations

1045 Premise Check/ 8100 block Carrollton Pkwy  -due to call for service from evenings, officers canvassed the area for suspicious activity

1300 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd area was and business as usual

1405 Accident/ Annapolis @ Veterans - no Accident, caller wanted to report male driving erratic

1435 Follow Up/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd - met with the parent of juvenile male Spoke to both about youth programs within the community.

1515 School Dismissal/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. - assisted with traffic control and possible retaliatory fight. No fight, officers were present in the area. PGPD assisted with a canvass of the area.  

1610 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - area was clear, officers were flagged down by citizen over their alarm. 

1655 Premise Check/ 5900 block 87th Ave -stopped by a residence under construction and spoke with owners. 

1746 Accident/ Good Luck Rd @ Auburn Ave -vehicle versus a deer. Accident occurred outside of jurisdiction

1845 hrs., Residential check/ Heritage Square, check clear.

1912 hrs., 8600 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1940 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1945 hrs., 7500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1955 hrs., 7500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2000 hrs., Westbrook Dr. at Lamont Dr. / Suspicious vehicle occupied, female was 

sitting at the dead end of the road with the vehicle running for several minutes.  Officers approached and she advised she was parked there looking for directions to a location on her phone.  She was sent on her way with no issues.

2015 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

2045 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

2150 hrs., 8000 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2220 hrs., 5800 block Westbrook Dr. / Suspicious vehicle occupied, Officers observed a vehicle stopped and running in front of the residence.  Prior to Officers approaching the vehicle, they could smell the odor of burning CDS.  Officers spoke with the individuals in the vehicle and the driver admitted to recently smoking it.  Officers located several grams of CDS inside the vehicle and the driver was issued a Civil Citation for the possession of the illegal substance.  REPORT WRITTEN

0040 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0050 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0110 hrs., Mahoney Dr. and Legation St/ Parking Tickets issued.

0130 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, female was seated in her vehicle while running in the driveway.  Officers approached the female who was sleeping in the vehicle, once she was awoken she stated that she was there waiting on her husband to finish partying with his friends.  She contacted her husband and he left the party and officers sent both individuals on the way.

0140 hrs., 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0153 hrs., Darcars/ Unknown Trouble, Communications stated there was no person sound or signs of distress.  They could hear only the sound of a crackling line.  Security was at the business at the time and there were no issues to report.  This is an ongoing problem with the telephone line in the business.

0229 hrs., Sprague Pl and 85th Pl/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, vehicle was observed running but parked too close to the intersection.  Officers observed two males inside the vehicle and smelled the odor of CDS coming from the vehicle.  Officers located a small amount of CDS inside the vehicle.  The CDS was recovered and sent for destruction.  The Owner/Driver of the vehicle was suspended and the vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN

0300 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Loud music, neighbor called and stated the neighbors were playing their music too loud.  Neighbors were contacted and the music was shut down for the night.

0310 hrs., 6400 block 85th Ave/ While Officers were on a call, they heard what they thought was a vehicle striking another vehicle.  Once investigated it was discovered the driver ran over an item and did not strike another vehicle.

0330 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

0405 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0425 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0500 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.
