0816 HOURS- MPS- 5800 BLOCK MENTANA ST-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO LOCATION FOR REPORT OF STOLEN AUTO. ONCE ON SCENE, CALLER REPORTED HE ENTERED CAB AT 7 ELEVEN ON 85TH AVE. AND REQUESTED TO BE DRIVEN HOME.  CAB DRIVER BEGAN DRIVING, AND ONCE CALLER OBSERVED HE WAS HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION, HE QUESTIONED THE DRIVER. AFTER SOMETIME THE DRIVER STOPPED THE VEHICLE AND LEFT IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADWAY. THE CALLER STATED BEING IN FEAR FOR HIS LIFE HE DROVE THE VEHICLE TO HIS RESIDENCE. ONCE HE ARRIVED HOME HE CALLED POLICE. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO LOCATE OWNER, WHO ADVISED THE VEHICLE WAS STOLEN IN D.C. BUT WAS NOT REPORTED STOLEN BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION D.C. OFFICERS REQUESTED. THE OWNER WAS ADVISED AND THE VEHICLE WAS RELEASED TO HIM. REPORT WRITTEN

0820 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 7600 BLOCK FONTAINEBLEAU DR..- ANONYMOUS CITIZEN REPORTED MALE WAS ACTING STRANGE AND DISROBING HIMSELF. OFFICER CANVASSED THE AREA, WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.

0830 HOURS- STOLEN AUTO - (RETURN CALL FROM 10/25/17) – 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - CALLER RETURNED AFTER FILING CHARGES AT COMMISSIONERS OFFICE. SHE WAS CONFUSED WHAT THE NEXT STEP WAS AFTER FILING CHARGES. CALLER WAS ADVISED AND RECOVERED HER VEHICLE. 

0955 HOURS- B&E REPORT- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. #101-  CALLER REPORTED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT ENTERED RESIDENCE BY UNKNOWN MEANS AND STOLE LAMP. NO FORCED ENTRY VISIBLE. DET. ROBINSON AND NCPD 4 WAS NOTIFIED. REPORT WRITTEN
                            
1011 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - COMPLEX MANAGEMENT CALLED AND REPORTED POSSIBLE B&E SUSPECTS WERE WALKING AROUND SCOPING OUT APARTMENTS. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.

1015 HOURS- SHOPLIFTER- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  OFFICERS WERE CANCELED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL.

1032 HOURS- CHECK ON THE WELFARE- 8600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  CALLER REPORTED THEY HAD NOT HEARD FROM COWORKER IN A FEW DAYS AND WAS WORRIED BECAUSE COWORKER SUFFERED FROM DEPRESSION. OFFICERS HAD RESPONDED TO LOCATION ON 10/24/17 WHERE FIREBOARD TRANSPORTED COWORKER TO HOSPITAL. OFFICERS CONTACTED PRINCE GEORGE'S HOSPITAL, WHO ADVISED SHE WAS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL.

1033 HOURS- CIVIL DISPUTE -7600 BLOCK FONTAINEBLEAU DR- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR TENANT ARGUING WITH COMPLEX MANAGEMENT OVER BOARD ELECTIONS. BOTH PARTIES WERE MET AND ADVISED TO SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL OVER ACCUSATIONS MADE. 

1145 HOURS- LOCK OUT -  7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD - CALLER REPORTED SHE ACCIDENTALLY LOCKED HERSELF OUT OF HER VEHICLE. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO ASSIST HER GAIN ENTRY INTO HER VEHICLE.

1235 HOURS- ASSIST MSP (TRAFFIC STOP) -  7900 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD - MSP REQUESTED ASSISTANCE FOR TRAFFIC STOP AND SEARCH. OFFICERS ARRIVED, ASSISTED, AND RECOVERED A SMALL AMOUNT OF CDS. MSP TOOK POSSESSION OF CDS AND ISSUED CITATIONS.

1350 HOURS- B&E REPORT – 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE #A5. -  CALLER REPORTED UNKNOWN SUSPECT KICKED IN MAINTENANCE DOOR THEN PROCEEDED TO BREAK THROUGH DRYWALL AND STOLE SEVERAL ITEMS. NCPD 4 WAS ADVISED. REPORT WRITTEN

1530 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - MINOR ACCIDENT, NO INJURIES, AND INFO EXCHANGE. 

1630 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1700 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - ALL CLEAR

1730 HOURS- STATION CALL FOR THEFT- 6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY.- CALLER REPORTED HER 10 YEAR OLD TOOK MONEY FROM HER PURSE. MOTHER WANTED OFFICERS TO TALK TO CHILD TO ADVISE HIM OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS ACTIONS. MOTHER WAS PROVIDED WITH PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY MOBILE CRISIS TELEPHONE NUMBER.  

1830 Vehicle Release/ 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy /customer was serviced

1838 Burglary/ 5300 block 85th Ave #A8 unknown suspect(s) entered the residence through a secured bedroom window. Suspects stole a Samsung Smart TV, Playstation, tools and various personal items. NCPD CID was notified. REPORT WRITTEN

2048 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd business as usual

2107 Vandalism/ 6000 block Harland St officers checked the building due to the front doors being open. Officers noticed damage inside and was not able to determine the date or time of the incident. REPORT WRITTEN
2233 Hit & Run/ 7700 block Annapolis Rd the driver of unit 1 ran off the road by another driver. The vehicle was impounded due to being disabled. REPORT WRITTEN

0015 Assault Arrest/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd officers responded for a 911 hang-up. Upon arrival, officers observed several males in the store. Officers observed one suspect pick up some merchandise and conceal it on his person. Officers detained the suspect. While inside, there were two other suspects that were trespassed from prior incidents. Officers detained one suspect while the other was advised to leave. All suspects were transported to DOC for processing. Suspect was transported to PGH for observation and then to UM for processing. NC3 was notified of the incident. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
