0830 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1020 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Check clear.

1030 hrs., Loud Music/ 8500 block Legation Rd/ Football games and Homecoming event on the field.

1100 hrs., School Alarm/ 6100 block Lamont Dr./ All doors and windows were secured.

1300 hrs., Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1430 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave. Check clear.

1630 hrs., Warrant Service/ 6200 block 86th Ave/ Caller stated her son came to the house and she needed a protective order served. The son had a warrant through PG Sheriff and was transported to DOC and served the protective order. REPORT WRITTEN

1840 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 block ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1855 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1922 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

1943 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

2051 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 8100 BLOCK GAVIN ST. -  CALLER COMPLAINED OF A DOMESTIC ALTERCATION WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND MET WITH ALL INVOLVED PARTIES, DETERMINED THERE WERE NO INJURIES, AND THAT THE MALE AND FEMALE WERE INTOXICATED.  BOTH WERE PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND REFERRED TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR SERVICES. REPORT WRITTEN

2131 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

2202 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

2215 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- METRO POINTS- OFFICERS MET WITH HOTEL FRONT DESK STAFF, WHO HAD NO ISSUES TO REPORT.

2225 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A SUSPICIOUS MALE SLEEPING ON THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF FOREMAN MILLS.  THE MALE WAS AWAKENED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED, MEDICALLY CLEARED BY PGFD, THEN TRANSPORTED TO THE METRO. REPORT WRITTEN

2240 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 8100 BLOCK GAVIN ST.- OFFICERS RESPONDED BACK TO THE RESIDENCE FOR REPORT OF A DOMESTIC ASSAULT.  THE MALE HALF WAS DETAINED FOR INVESTIGATION, THE FEMALE HALF WAS UNCOOPERATIVE, DECLINED POLICE SERVICES, AND NEITHER PARTY DISPLAYED INJURIES.  THE MALE WAS TRANSPORTED FROM SCENE TO HIS MOTHERS RESIDENCE IN HYATTSVILLE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENING. REPORT WRITTEN

2359 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSONS- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED TWO JUVENILES TRESPASSING AT CHARLES CARROLL, WHO FLED UPON SEEING OFFICERS.  THE TWO JUVENILES WERE STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, DETAINED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED, AND RELEASED TO THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN. JUVENILE PETITION IS PENDING. REPORT WRITTEN

0110 HOURS- DEPARTMENTAL/D.U.I. ARREST- ANNAPOLIS RD. /85TH AVE.-OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO STOP A RECKLESS DRIVER, WHO SIDESWIPED AN OFFICERS CRUISER.  THE DRIVER RAN OFF THE ROADWAY, WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY, AND DISCOVERED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF C.D.S.   THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. FOR EVALUATION, THEN RELEASED INTO THE CUSTODY OF OFFICERS, WHO ISSUED MULTIPLE TRAFFIC CITATIONS FOR THE VARIOUS OFFENSES.  THE STRIKING VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY GREG'S TOWING, AND TELETYPE WAS NOTIFIED.  THE DRIVER WAS RELEASED FROM CUSTODY AND SENT ON HIS WAY.  NCPD2 WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.  NO OFFICERS WERE INJURED DURING THIS INCIDENT; THE DRIVER SUSTAINED A MINOR INJURY FROM AN E.C.D. AND WAS MEDICALLY CLEARED.  A.C.R.S. COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

0432 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- DARCARS DODGE- SECURITY CALLED TO REPORT A HOMELESS MALE LOITERING AT THE T/A.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND DISCOVERED IT WAS THE SAME MALE OFFICERS ENCOUNTERED EARLIER IN THEIR SHIFT (8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.).  THE MALE WAS AGAIN ADVISED, AND THEN TRANSPORTED TO THE METRO STATION.


0556 HOURS- ALARM- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A RESIDENTIAL ALARM FROM THE REAR DOOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURED WITH NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY; UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION.

Officers gathered all required information and provided the victim with case numbers.
