0615 hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly, female out front of the business begging for money and bothering customers.  Female was gone prior to officers arrival.

0645 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0710 hrs., 7100 block Fins Ln/ Assist Prince George's County Police with a call, disorderly.  The individual was gone prior to Officers arrival.

0730 hrs., School Check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

0835 hrs., Riverdale Rd at Lamont Dr./ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0850 hrs., 7700 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0900 hrs., 7600 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0910 hrs., Veterans Pkwy/ Assist Prince George's County Police with a vehicle accident, traffic control.

0950 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

1035 hrs., School check/ Margaret Brent Special School, check clear.

1105 hrs., Business check/ TD Bank and CVS Pharmacy, check clear.

1142 hrs., 7300 Block of Good Luck Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1225 hrs., 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1300 hrs., Business check/ Shoppers (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1358 hrs., 85th Ave and Westbrook Dr./ Disabled vehicle, an 18 wheeler failed to see the posted signs and attempted to continue down Westbrook Drive.  He got stuck on the hump of the bridge prior to making the turn.  Officers blocked off the roadway and redirected traffic down Legation Rd.  After several minutes the driver was able to lower the trailer enough to get it over the hump and off of the roadway.  NC2 was notified of the incident.  

1515 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave./ Burglary, caller stated she locked her residence before she left and when she returned and her door was open and items were missing.  Officers canvassed the area with negative results.  NC3 and Sgt. Robinson were notified of the incident. REPORT WRITTEN

1557 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Fraud, female showed Officers that several of her money orders that she purchased to pay her rent in May were fraudulently used to pay another person’s rent.  The money orders were altered and she has all of the copies for the investigation. REPORT WRITTEN

1615 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

1645 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

1705 hrs. Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1810 Assault/ 5900 block Westbrook Dr. / the son assaulted his father by pushing him to the ground causing him to strike his head on the kitchen counter. The suspect fled on foot and was detained at Beckett Field. The suspect was transported to Dist. 1 DOC for processing. The victim refused treatment from EMS on scene and elected to seek medical attention with his spouse at the hospital. REPORT WRITTEN

1957 Premise Check/ 8100 block Gavin St /area was clear, no foot or vehicle traffic

2014 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ business was preparing to close for the evening

2050 Fire Alarm/ 5300 block 85th Ave while conducting a premise check officer heard fire bells ringing. Fire was notified and responded

2140 Theft/ 6200 block 86th Ave. / complainant believed someone in a vehicle had broken into his vehicle. No theft had occurred and the area checked negative for the suspect vehicle

2230 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd business as usual, no issues reported

2300 Premise Check/ 8300 block Quintana St area was clear

2340 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd /spoke with clerk no issues reported

0001 Suspicious Vehicle/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / white van with tools parked in the rear corner space. Van has two flat tires and Stanley tools inside. Van may belong to company operating the scaffold in the parking lot

0030 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd no issues observed

0130 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd no issues observed

0200 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / area was clear

0300 Premise Check/ Oliver St @ Vicar St area was clear


0415 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd /area was clear

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
