0724 hrs., Shell station/ Stolen vehicle,
caller stated his vehicle was last seen on September 23 when it was towed to
the location for maintenance. He contacted his insurance company and
discovered it was towed to another location, the vehicle was located.

Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint
of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles,
check clear.
0845 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd /Suspicious
Person, caller stated there were people playing with his room door handle last
night and he wanted an escort to the lobby to wait for his ride. Officers
walked the male to the lobby and then to the vehicle.
0910 hrs., Fountainebleau Dr. at Riverdale Rd/
Accident, Riverdale Fire Department apparatus struck two parked vehicles.
No injuries and minor damage to all vehicles. No vehicles were
towed. Fire fighters made notification to their command and Safety
Officers arrived on scene to investigate. REPORT WRITTEN
1026 hrs., 6400 block 85th Ave/ Accident, minor damage to
both vehicles and both were drive able. No injuries reported on scene and
information exchanged between parties by officers.
1125 hrs., Station call/ Missing person, male
wanted to report his wife missing from a month ago. When speaking with
him and the translator that accompanied him, they are separated and
she does not want to be with him anymore. He spoke with her a couple of
weeks ago and she stated she was fine. There is a history of problems
with the marriage but he wants to work it out and she does not. We
advised him she is not missing at this time.

of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles,

check/ New Carrollton City Pool, check clear.
1341 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Theft,
caller stated she had a money order stolen from May of this year. She was
given several notices by the apartment complex she lives in but she did not pay
attention to them. She was issued a summons for court, being sued for the
loss of rent from May and she has tracked the money order and it shows as
cashed. She did not have all of the information with her at the time, so
she was advised to come back the next shift we work and a report will be
written.
1525 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious Person,
male was previously issued a peace order to stay away from the business, which
expired. He was advised again by Management and issued a trespass order
to stay off of the property. REPORT WRITTEN
1540 hrs., Good Luck and Auburn Ave/ Accident,
upon arrival Officers discovered the accident occurred on the roadway belonging
to Prince George's County Police jurisdiction. Officers assisted with the
traffic control to assist Prince George's County Police.
1605 hrs., 6100 block Lamont Drive/ Caller stated he got
into a disagreement with several juveniles about throwing trash into his yard
and standing in his yard. Contact was made with Cpl. Parker, who is going
to make contact with the school tomorrow and see if he can identify
the children. He was also advised to put up "No Trespass" signs
up in the yard. Advised we would also attempt to conduct premise checks in
the area as well. He was advised to call if the juveniles are causing
problems again.
1620 hrs., CVS/ Suspicious male possibly
intoxicated. Officers arrived on scene to find the male lying on the
ground. Once officers woke him they discovered it was a medical issue and
he refused assistance from Fire board.
1620 hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly person, caller
stated she demanded a refund from the store for selling her a prepaid pay pal
card. She stated when she called to activate it they wanted information
she was not comfortable giving; however her money was already placed on the
card. She was advised to contact the card company back, the refund would
be on them not 7-11.
1645 hrs., 8300 block Oliver St/ Vandalism,
caller stated her vehicle was damaged by a male she has been having problems
with. Officers checked the vehicle but could not see any damage that may
have occurred. She has had problems in the past and was again advised to
document events.
1738 hrs., 6100 block 86th Ave/ Accident,
minor damage to both vehicles with no injuries to any party.
Information was exchanged between parties by officers.

Person/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / intoxicated
male was laying on the sidewalk. Officers had a previous interaction with the
subject earlier in the evening. He was issued a criminal citation and
trespassed from the property. REPORT WRITTEN
2045 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / store was
closing for the evening, no issues reported
2115 Disorderly/ 6900 block Jodie St / the grandfather
observed his grandchild's father walk passed the house. The male has a
toxic relationship with the family. Officers canvassed the area, with negative
results. The male never made contact with anyone inside the residence
2131 Commercial Alarm/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / alarm from the
front left doors. Officers were canceled by the alarm company.
2249 Lost Property/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / complainant
lost their money. The complainant's money was wrapped in a cloth that was attached
to the Velcro on his pants.
2328 Loud Music/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. /no
complainant, officers did not hear any music
2350 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / store closing
for the evening
