0835 hrs., Accident/ 6100 block Lamont Dr./ Unit-1 struck Unit-2, minor damages and Unit-1 wasn't registered and the driver didn't have a license. The driver was cited and the vehicle was impounded. REPORT WRITTEN

1455 hrs., Disorderly/ 5300 block 85th Ave/ Caller reported males were outside smoking marijuana. The males were stopped and stated they were just having a conversation and officers didn't smell any CDS. The males were advised and SOW.

1808 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   UNIT 1 SRUCK UNIT 2 IN THE PARKING LOT, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE, NO REPORT.

1841 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.- REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1902 HOURS- CDS COMPLAINT- 7800 BLOCK OF RIVERDALE RD.-  ANONYMOUS REPORT OF 6 TO 8 MALES SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE HERITAGE SQUARE PLAYGROUND.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND CANVASED THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANYONE SMOKING C.D.S. OR LOITERING; NO C.D.S. WAS DETECTED IN THE AREA.

2102 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK-  REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

2128 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF TEENAGE MALES RUNNING THROUGH TRAFFIC LANES AND TAUNTING DRIVERS.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE AREA AND BUSINESSES WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.  SUSPECTS G.O.A.

2235 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2310 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

2327 HOURS- RECOVERED STOLEN PROPERTY- RIVERDALE RD./ KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE; THE VEHICLE DISPLAYED A REAR REGISTRATION PLATE REPORTED STOLEN IN MARCH 2017, AND THE VEHICLE DASH V.I.N. PLATE WAS REMOVED FROM THE DASH.  THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR SAFE KEEPING, THE STOLEN REGISTRATION PLATE RECOVERED AND ENTERED INTO N.C.P.D. PROPERTY; PG TELETYPE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE RECOVERED TAG. REPORT WRITTEN

0048 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 8400 BLOCK QUINTANA ST.-  RESIDENT CALLED TO REPORT SHE HEARD A STRANGE NOISE IN HER BASEMENT.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET THE RESIDENT, WHO ALLOWED OFFICERS TO SEARCH THE RESIDENCE; THE RESIDENCE WAS UNDISTURBED AND CLEAR OF ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY/PERSONS.

0111 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- METRO POINTS- OFFICERS MET WITH HOTEL MANAGEMENT, WHO HAD NO ISSUES TO REPORT.

0141 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

0250 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0347 HOURS- SOUND OF SHOTS/VANDALISM- 8100 BLOCK RYCROFT AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A NON-CONTACT SHOOTING, WHERE AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT SHOT THE CALLERS HOME TWICE.  THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE CALLER OR HIS FAMILY; THERE WERE NO WITNESSES OR SUSPECT INFORMATION FOR THE SHOOTING.  OFFICERS RECOVERED TWO PROJECTILES FROM INSIDE THE RESIDENCE, THERE WERE NO SHELL CASINGS DISCOVERED IN THE AREA SURROUNDING THE RESIDENCE.  NCPD2 AND NCPD 3 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. 0450 HOURS- CAB DISPUTE- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  A CAB DRIVER REQUESTED OFFICERS RESPOND TO VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF A POTENTIAL FARE AGAINST A CREDIT CARD THE FARE PRESENTED.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION, AND DISCOVERED THE CAB DRIVER AND HIS FARE SETTLED THEIR DISPUTE AND LEFT THE SCENE PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
