0710 hrs., Accident/ Annapolis Rd at Veterans Pkwy/ Minor accident with no injuries and info exchange.
0830 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ Check clear

0912 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear

1420 hrs., Mps/ Robert Frost Elem/ Caller stated an unknown male snatched a kid. Once on scene, officers learned the father of the kid in question had a court order that he was allow to take his son from 10am until 6pm. The father came back and officers advised the father and the step-father. REPORT WRITTEN

1430 hrs., Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1530 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave. Check clear.

1620 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1700 hrs., Theft from Auto/ 7400 block 84th Ave/ Victim stated unknown suspect stole the rear tag to his motorcycle. The tag was placed into NCIC as stolen. REPORT WRITTEN

1710 hrs., Assault/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ Caller reported two males jumped another male in front of the T/A.  The caller stated the victim left the scene prior to officer’s arrival and the caller called the police twenty minutes later after the assault occurred. 

1730 hrs., Accident/ Annapolis Rd at Riverdale Rd/ Minor accident with no injuries and info exchange.

1835 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1850 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1733 HOURS- PARKING COMPLAINT- 6400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  CITIZEN COMPLAINED THAT VEHICLES WERE PARKED ILLEGALLY AT THE LOCATION.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS VEHICLES OR PARKING VIOLATIONS.

2005 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2031 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE APT.-  ALL CLEAR.

2037 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF MALES GAMBLING AT THE LOCATION.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A FULL CANVAS OF THE AREA, AND OBSERVED 4 MALES WALKING AWAY FROM THE LOCATION WHEN THEY OBSERVED OFFICERS APPROACHING.  THE MALES WERE STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED, AND TWO OF THE MALES WERE ISSUED CITATIONS FOR TRESPASSING. REPORT WRITTEN

2120 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2207 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- MARGARET BRENT- ALL CLEAR.

2250 HOURS- OPEN DOOR- 8500 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED THE STORAGE SHED BY THE BASKETBALL COURTS UNSECURED.  NOTHING APPEARED DISTURBED ON THE INTERIOR OF THE SHED; THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY TO THE DOORS.  OFFICERS SECURED THE DOORS.  NO REPORT.

2304 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

2332 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

2341 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE- ALL CLEAR.

0013 HOURS- ROBBERY- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A CITIZEN ROBBERY.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE TWO VICTIMS, AND DETERMINED THE ROBBERY OCCURRED OUTSIDE THE CITY AT AUBURN MANOR APARTMENTS.  THE VICTIMS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE LOCATION TO MEET WITH PGPD RST.  OFFICERS PROVIDED INFORMATION ON ONE SUSPECT BASED ON DESCRIPTIONS FROM THE VICTIMS. THE VICTIMS IDENTIFIED THE L.O.I., AND OFFICERS ASSISTED PGPD WITH A PERIMETER AS RST MADE CONTACT WITH RESIDENTS OF THE APARTMENT IN QUESTION; ONE SUSPECT ATTEMPTED TO FLEE AND WAS APPREHENDED, THE OTHER SUSPECT WAS APPREHENDED INSIDE THE L.O.I.  

0115 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0207 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0255 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0325 HOURS- THEFT FROM AUTO ARREST- 8500 BLOCK OLIVER ST. - CALLER STATED HER BOYFRIEND CAUGHT A JUVENILE RUMMAGING THROUGH UNLOCKED VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, TOOK THE JUVENILE INTO CUSTODY, RECOVERED AN AMOUNT OF CASH AND A CELLPHONE FROM THE JUVENILE, WHICH WERE ENTERED INTO NCPD PROPERTY.  THE JUVENILE WAS TRANSPORTED TO HIS RESIDENCE, WHERE HE WAS RELEASED TO HIS PARENTS; ALL PAPERWORK WILL BE FORWARDED TO JUVENILE JUSTICE FOR ENFORCEMENT ACTION.  OFFICERS WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE THE JUVENILE ENTERED, A CARD WITH THE CCN# WAS LEFT ON THE VEHICLE. REPORT WRITTEN


0530 HOURS- ACCIDENT- ANNAPOLIS RD. /FINNS LN.-  UNIT 2 CLAIMED HIS VEHICLE WAS STRUCK BY UNIT 1, OFFICERS WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE/VERIFY DAMAGE TO EITHER VEHICLE.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION AND ADVISED THE DRIVERS TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE CARRIERS.  NO REPORT.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
