0950 Hrs., Suspicious Person 7700 block Arehart Drive / Property Maintenance Employee stated he observed a male he has never seen before, sitting on the front porch smoking a cigarette. The male checked negative, and he resides in the building. All clear no report. 

1003 Hrs., Premise check 7700-7800 block of Riverdale Road / all clear.

1045 Hrs., Premise check Fontainebleau Drive and Karen Elaine Drive / all clear 

1115 Hrs., Residential Alarm 6000 block 85th Avenue, All doors, and windows are secured, no signs of forced entry, unknown activation. Dispatch was provided with the F.A.R number. No report. 

1125 Hrs., Threat Complaint  6600 block Rycroft Ave, Caller stated an unknown person called her and threatened to call the police and have her arrested if she doesn't send money through Western Union. The Caller stated she did not comply with the suspect demands but wanted to inform authorities. No report. 

1200 Hrs., Premise Check 8100 block of Gavin Street / all clear 

1210 hrs., Domestic 5200 block 85th Avenue, Husband and Wife involved in a verbal dispute over infidelity issues. No assault or injuries occurred, the wife completed a L.A.P form and the husband left for the evening. REPORT WRITTEN

1315 Hrs., Suspicious occupied Vehicle Station Call 5200 block 85th Avenue, Officers responded for an occupied vehicle, upon arrival it was discovered the occupant was from the domestic earlier (above call) sitting and waiting in his vehicle for his wife to leave. 1340 Hrs., Suspicious Person/ Station Call 5300 block 85th Avenue, Caller reported several males loitering in front of the building, officers responded made contact with the family who resides in the building. They were waiting outside, for a ride all clear no report. ***RCOP**

1353 Hrs., Lost Property 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy Caller stated she lost her wallet and can’t remember when she last observed it. No report.

1600 Hrs., Residential Alarm 5800 block Oland Drive, all doors, and windows were secured, no signs of forced entry unknown activation. All clear no report.

1700 Hrs., Hit and Run 84th Avenue and  Longfellow Street, Caller stated his neighbor’s employees struck his vehicle which was parked. Upon officer’s arrival, the caller stated he no longer needs police services and he will handle the incident on his own and with his neighbors. No report.  ***RCOP***

1802 HOURS- ROOMMATE DISPUTE- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. / OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND THE ROOMMATE STATED THAT HE WANTED OFFICER'S TO KICK THE OTHER ROOMMATE OUT OF THE RESIDENCE. BOTH ROOMMATES WERE ADVISED.

1850 HOURS- NEIGHBOR DISPUTE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. / OFFICER'S RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND THE CALLER STATED THAT HER NEIGHBOR, WHO LIVES UPSTAIRS WAS THREATENING HER. THE CALLER ALSO STATED THAT THE NEIGHBOR MAKES A LOT OF NOISE. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED.

1935 HOURS- FOUND PROPERTY- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. / OFFICER'S RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND THE CALLER STATED THAT SHE DISCOVERED A UPS BOX IN THE PARKING LOT, OFFICER'S LOOKED AT THE BOX AND THE OWNERS INFORMATION WAS ON THE BOX. THE BOX WAS RETURNED TO ITS OWNER.

1948 HOURS- BREAKING AND ENTRY- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. / THE CALLER STATED THAT SHE LEFT HER RESIDENCE ON 04/04 AROUND 2100 HOURS AND WHEN SHE CAME BACK, SHE NOTICED THE SUSPECT GAINED ENTRY INTO HER APARTMENT THROUGH AN UNSECURED WINDOW AND STOLE PROPERTY. REPORT WRITTEN

2155 HOURS-  MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

2215 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- WHILE ON ROUTINE PATROL OFFICERS STOPPED A SUSPICIOUS MALE, WHO WAS HIGH ON PCP AND DRINKING IN FRONT OF THE BUSINESS. THE SUSPECT REFUSED TO FOLLOW ORDERS AND STARTED FIGHTING THE OFFICERS, THE SUSPECT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO PGH FOR EPS. WARRANTS WILL BE APPLIED. REPORT WRITTEN

2348 HOURS- TRESPASSING COMPLAIN- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.- THE CALLER STATED THAT THEIR IS A FEMALE OUTSIDE, WHO IS TRESPASSING. WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE THE FEMALE WAS GOA. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED.
