0746 hrs., Premise check 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear 

0820 Hrs., Neighbor Dispute 7700 block Riverdale Road , Caller wanted to report his neighbor above him, having loud parties on the weekends. He was advised to notify the property manager. No report. 

0937 Hrs., Premise check 8500 block Annapolis Road ) 

1019 Hrs., Premise check 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / all clear

1130 Hrs., Burglary 5300 block 85th Avenue , / Property Maintenance employee reported he observed a squatter inside a vacated unit.  Officers responded and located one suspect hiding in the closet. The suspect was placed into custody and transported to District One Dept. of Corrections for the presentation of charges. CID was notified. REPORT WRITTEN   

1209 Hrs., Station Call/ Disorderly 7700 block Riverdale Road / The caller who is a caretaker reported his patient was acting out of control and requested an ambulance to transport him to the hospital. The citizen, who suffers from a mental condition was placed into the custody of EMT paramedics and transported to the hospital for medical attention. REPORT WRITTEN

1313 Hrs., Stolen Auto  7700 block Riverdale Road, Caller reported his vehicle stolen, however; officers located the vehicle, the caller had forgotten where he parked his vehicle all clear no report.

1340 Hrs., Vandalism 7700 block Riverdale Road, Caller reported he observed damaged on his vehicle. Further investigations revealed no vandalism confirm, the caller damaged the vehicle on his own outside city jurisdiction. No report all clear 

1400 Hrs., Suspicious Person/ Field Observation 8400 block Annapolis Road/ Officers observed a male loitering and acting in a Suspicious manner. He was stopped, checked for warrants with negative results, photographed, advised and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

1459 Hrs., Premise check Fontainebleau Drive and Karen Elaine Drive Community/ all clear 

1525 Hrs., Premise Check 8100 block of Gavin Street / all clear 

1600 Hrs., Premise Check 8300 block Annapolis Road / all clear

1712 Hrs., Breaking and Entering 5300 block 85th Avenue / Caller returned home from work and observed an unknown suspect had unlawfully entered his residence through an unsecured balcony door and stole property. NCPD CID responded on scene and NC 4 was notified of this incident. REPORT WRITTEN    

1840 HOURS- WELFARE CHECK- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD . - THE CALLER STATED AS SHE WENT TO THE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE TO OBTAIN A PROTECTIVE ORDER AGAINST HER BOYFRIEND HE CHANGED THE LOCKS TO THEIR RESIDENCE. THE CALLER STATED HE NEEDED TO BE SERVED THE INTERIM ORDER AND GET HER DOG. OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLEX MANAGEMENT WHO STATED THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE APARTMENT BECAUSE THE LOCKS HAD BEEN CHANGED. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE.  

1910 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- ALL CLEAR.

2017 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME. 

2116 HOURS- NOISE COMPLAINT-7700 BLOCK AREHEART DR. - THE CALLER STATED LOUD MUSIC WAS COMING FROM ONE OF THE NEIGHBORS RESIDENCE. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL THE MUSIC HAD BEEN TURNED OFF.

2141 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD.- WHILE ON ROUTINE PATROL OFFICER'S OBSERVED A SUSPICIOUS PERSON PANHANDLING IN FRONT OF THE BUSINESS. THE PERSON WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED AND PHOTOGRAPHED FOR REPORT PURPOSE AND ADVISED.

2255 HOURS- MEDICAL CALL/ ASSIST FIRE DEPT – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD .- THE CALLER STATED HER TWO YEAR OLD SON MAY HAVE HAD A SEIZURE. WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED AT LOCATION THE BABY WAS GETTING CHECKED BY FIRE BOARD. THE CALLER REFUSED FURTHER MEDICAL TREATMENT FROM THE EMS UNITS. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO FOLLOW UP WITH A PRIMARY CARE FOR THE CHILD.

2300 HOURS- MISSING CALL- 6500 BLOCK QUENTIN CT.- THE CALLER STATED THAT HER 14 YEAR OLD SON WAS MISSING. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL THE JUVENILE RETURNED HOME IN GOOD HEALTH. THE JUVENILE STATED HE WENT OUT THE BACK DOOR OF HIS RESIDENCE AND WENT TO MCDONALDS WITH FRIENDS. 

0019 HOURS- WELFARE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- AN OFF DUTY COUNTY POLICE REQUESTED ASSISTANCE WITH A FEMALE WHO WAS UNRESPONSIVE. UPON ARRIVAL OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE FEMALE WHO WAS TRYING TO PLACE HER VEHICLE IN PARK. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT GO INTO THE POSITION AND CONTINUED DRIFTING BACK TOWARDS PARKED VEHICLE. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO STOP THE VEHICLE AND PLACE IT IN PARK. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO OFFICERS. THE DRIVER THEN REFUSED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND, THE DRIVER THEN STARTED TO DISPLAY SIGNS OF AN INDIVIDUAL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF CDS. THE DRIVER WAS DETAINED, THE PASSENGERS IN THE VEHICLE STATED THEY NO CLUE WHY HER DEMEANOR CHANGED. IT WAS LATER LEARNED THAT THE DRIVER SUFFERS FRO ANXIETY. THE DRIVERS FATHER ARRIVED ON SCENE AND TRANSPORTED HIS DAUGHTER HOME. REPORT WRITTEN

0122 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.   

0238 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE.- ALL CLEAR.

0327 HOURS-  MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME. 
  
0415 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- ALL CLEAR.

0420 HOURS- PREMIE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK OF KAREN ELAINE DR- ALL CLEAR.

0430 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD -ALL CLEAR.

0520 HOURS- BREAK AND ENTERING IN PROGRESS- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE - THE CALLER STATED TWO MALE SUBJECTS JUMPED ONTO THE SECOND FLOOR BALCONY AND MADE ENTRY INTO AN APARTMENT. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL A MALE SUBJECT WAS OBSERVED EXITING THE APARTMENT, ATTEMPTING TO FLEEING. THE MALE SUBJECT WAS QUICKLY TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. WHILE IN POLICE CUSTODY, THE MALE SUBJECT STATED HE HAD BROKEN INTO 5300 BLOCK AND ASKED IF OFFICER CAN COLLECT HIS BELONGINGS. OFFICERS CHECKED THE UNOCCUPIED RESIDENCE AND LOCATED THE DEFENDANTS PROPERTY. THE DEFENDANT WAS TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE DOC FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0622  Hours -Premise Check-  8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0712  Hours -Premise Check-  8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0822 Hours -Accident- 8300 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a two-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
