0638 HOURS- VANDALISM-  7600 BLOCK TOPTON ST .-   OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT PRIED OUT A REAR SCREEN WINDOW, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE SCREEN FRAME.  THE SUSPECT DID NOT MAKE ENTRY TO THE RESIDENCE AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE RESIDENCE WINDOW. REPORT WRITTEN 0715 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK-  5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE .-   ALL CLEAR. 0741 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK-  8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD .-   ALL CLEAR. 0801 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK-  8500 BLOANNAPOLIS RD .-   ALL CLEAR. 1015 HOURS- HIT AND RUN-  6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE STATION AFTER A CITIZEN WALKED IN COMPLAINING THEIR VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED IN A HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT.  OFFICERS DETERMINED THE CITIZENS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED THE DAY PRIOR FOR THAT INCIDENT AND THE CITIZEN WAS PROVIDED A VEHICLE RELEASE FORM. 1055 HOURS- CUSTODY DISPUTE-  5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR .-   OFFICERS ON PATROL WERE FLAGGED DOWN IN REFERENCE TO A CHILD CUSTODY DISPUTE.  THE CITI

0630 Search Warrant/  6200 block Princess Garden Pkwy  CIU served a Warrant on a residence looking for evidence. Follow up report will be handled by CIU 0830 Premise Check/ 6000 block 87th Ave and surrounding streets. Area was clear, 87th Ave blocked by PW for tree cutting 0850 Disorderly/ 8300 block Starwood St / wife attempting to pick up her daughter from her former residence. Wife has an active protective order against her husband. She gathered belongings and left without incident  1019 Premise Check/  8500 block Annapolis Rd  met with GM no issues reported  1050 Premise Check/  8400 block Annapolis Rd  / spoke with manager, no issues reported  1116 Recovered Property w/ Impound Veterans Pkwy @ Annapolis Rd / tag reader alerted officer of a MSP Pick Up Order. Tags were removed and vehicle impounded by Charlie’s Towing. REPORT WRITTEN 1145 Premise Check/  5400 block 85th Ave  area was clear  1246  Vehicle Impound/  6500 block Lamont Dr . / Two vehicles

0658 hrs., Domestic/  5500 block Karen Elaine Dr . / Caller advised her boyfriend took her car keys and would not give them back to her. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the male in question, who advised he kept her keys so he would not be stranded at the house. The male gave officers the keys and the female half went to work. 0700 hrs., Premise Check/  8400 block Annapolis Rd  / All Clear. 0810 hrs., Premise Check/  7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear. 0920 hrs., Theft/ 7600 block Fontainbleau Dr. / Caller advised his phone was stolen. Dispatch cancelled officers prior to arriving on scene. 0930 hrs., Premise Check/  8100 block Annapolis Rd  / All Clear. 1016 hrs., Theft/  7700 block Riverdale Rd  / Caller advised a male came inside of the T/A and stole 4 bags of frozen shrimp. Officers canvassed the area and observed a male matching the description walking towards the metro. The male was stopped. The male advised he did not take any shrimp and advised of
