0550 hrs., 5200 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious person, caller stated there was a male sleeping in the stairwell of the building.  Officers located the male and advised him about trespass and sent him on his way.  No Report.   0615 hrs., Premise Check/ 5300-5400 block of 85th Ave, check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise Check/ 7-11, check clear.   0710 hrs., Premise Check/ New Carrollton Public library, check clear.   0750 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block of Karen Elaine Dr, check clear.   0825 hrs., School Check/ Margaret Brent School, check clear.   0855 hrs., Premise Check/ Good Luck Park, check clear.   0930 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Neighbor Dispute, Caller stated his neighbor was sending him threatening texts.  When officers arrived the caller was not on scene and officers attempted to call him several times with no answer.  Officers spoke with the wife and advised her what he can do, with what little information we had., No Report .     1020 hrs., Premise

0645 hrs., Premise Check/ 7-11, check clear.   0715 hrs., Premise Check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.   0745 hrs., 6600 block Lamont Dr. / Theft from Auto, officers observed a vehicle with a missing front tire.  Officers located the owner’s wife who stated her husband observed it this morning but was just going to replace it.  Officers took the information and wrote a report for the theft.  Report written   0810 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Accident, caller stated he and another vehicle were involved in a vehicle accident.  One vehicle was disabled but no parties claimed injury on scene.  Report written   0840 hrs., 7600 block Fountainebleau Dr. / Burglary, caller was the employee who arrived at the location and observed a broken front window.  When she entered the office she then observed it had been vandalized and several items destroyed.  NC2 and Detectives were notified.  Report written   0900 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Assist Prince George'

0636 hours - Commercial alarm – 8200 block Annapolis Road: Communication advised that they are receiving an alarm from the location. Officers responded to the location, all the exterior doors and windows were secured. There were no signs of forced entry. No report  0725 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. No report      0815 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report       0910 hours - stolen auto – 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that their vehicle was stolen from the parking lot, while it was parked. Officers responded to the location and discovered that the vehicle was towed overnight for parking violation. The caller was advised.
