Once on the scene, officers spoke with the caller who stated he wanted to retrieve his registration plate from his vehicle that was now in possession of his ex-wife through a court order. The registration displayed both parties' names as owners of the vehicle. Officers were not able to remove the plates since both names are on the registration card. Both parties were advised to contact their attorneys to handle the matter. 0618 Hours -Check Welfare- 7500 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject who claimed he was hiding in bushes from someone trying to shoot him. As officers interviewed the male subject, it was clear that he suffered from an altered mental status. The male subject then asked for a ride to the metro station. Officers transported him to the metro station without incident.
