Officers gathered all the information for the report and advised the victim to call his insurance. The caller stated that when he came outside of his residence, he noticed damage on his vehicle. Officers gathered all the information for the report and advised the caller. Prior to Officers respondin, dispatch advised the caller no longer needed police services.
