0650 hrs., 7600 block Fountainebleau Dr. / Check on the welfare, caller stated she could hear the neighbor yelling at her small children.  Caller waited several hours before calling the police about the noises she heard from another apartment.  Speaking to the caller she was upset at how the child was being yelled at but at the time did not know whether to call or not.  Officers attempted to speak with the neighbor but there was no answer at the door.  As Officers were exiting the parking lot when a female exited the building and flagged Officers down.  We spoke to her and discovered at this time there was no sign of any foul play at this time. 0800 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

0845 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0920 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

0950 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1025 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

1100 hrs., School check/ Lamont Elementary School, check clear.

1135 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

1215 hrs., Station Call/ Fraud, male came to the station to report the IRS called him and advised him he owed them money.  Officers provided him with the information to contact the IRS fraud department and notify them.  He was also advised to contact the Social Security Office as well in case his social security number was obtained as well.

1230 hrs., Business check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1310 hrs., Station Call/ Female wanted information on what action she could take because her school email account was not able to be accessed anymore on her phone.  She stated she could access it on other computers just not her phone.  She stated the police served a warrant on her and now her phone is not working.  Officers inquired further and discovered the warrant was not in this area and according to the female they never had her phone.  She also advised that everywhere she goes the police are there, she believes they are following her.  From what information Officers could gather she was advised.

1324 hrs., Annapolis Rd and 85th Ave/ Accident, two vehicles were involved in a property only vehicle accident.  Officers arrived on scene and were unable to locate the vehicles, communications advised they just called and we could cancel; they exchanged information already.

1400 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

1452 hrs., 8500 block Oliver St/ Residential Alarm, Officers responded to an alarm coming from the basement window.  Officers spoke to the owner on scene (who provided identification) and he stated he did not make it to the alarm on time.  Officers checked the area all other door and windows were secured.  

1515 hrs., Veterans Hwy and Ellin Rd/ Assist Prince George's County with a vehicle accident with injuries.  Officers arrived on scene and assisted with scene control and injuries until County units arrived.

1601 hrs., Annapolis Rd at Harkins Rd/ Accident, two vehicles involved in a minor property damage accident.  No injuries were claimed by parties on scene, information was exchanged between parties by Officers.

1645 hrs., Business check/ Lowe's (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1755 Disorderly/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / a male subject entered the rear door of the Metro bus and threatened passengers with a knife. The subject then attempted to drive off with the bus. All passengers exited the bus and flagged down PGPD as they were passing by. The subject was detained until Metro Transit PD arrived, who assumed custody and investigative authority.

1833 RCOP Traffic Complaint/ Jodie St / dirt bikes in the area. Officers canvassed the area with nothing showing

1900 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd no issues, business as usual 

2000 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd no issues, business as usual 

2104 Warrant Service/ 7900 block Annapolis Rd subject who was wanted by NCPD was apprehended while walking in the area. The arrested was transported to Prince George's County Department of Corrections (Regional Processing) for service of warrant. REPORT WRITTEN

2311 Premise Check/ 7100 block Riverdale Rd spoke with church personnel, the area was clear

2350 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd store was closing for the evening. 

0030 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd no issues, business as usual

0145 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

0245 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd area was clear, the delivery truck was on premises

0345 Premise Check/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd area was clear

0420 Premise Check/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd area was clear

0445 Parking Complaint/ 7300 block Long Branch Dr. / vehicle was parked with keys in the ignition and engine running. A parking citation was issued

0510 Suspicious Person/ 6300 block 85th Pl / subject walking in the area. The incident occurred approximately 40 minutes prior to officers receiving the call. The female suspect urinated on the patio of the victim and left her shoes. Officer's canvassed the area with negative results. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
