0813 Hrs., Premise check / 5500 block of Karen Elaine Drive /all clear

0905 Hrs., Accident, Annapolis Road & 85th Avenue, two vehicles involved in an accident, property damages only, no injuries and information was exchanged. No report 

0936 hrs., Domestic /5400 block 85th Avenue / No domestic, the caller wanted instructions on how to obtain a protective order against his girlfriend and he has been advised, no report.  

1128 Hrs., Premise check / 7700 block Riverdale Road /all clear

1133 hrs., Vandalism/ 7900 block Powhatan Street, Caller reported someone "egged" her vehicle.  Officers arrived and observed the remaining egg content was washed away due to the weather conditions, there were no damages observed on her vehicle. She was advised, no report.  

1210 Hrs., Premise check 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear

1239 Hrs., Check Welfare 7700 block Riverdale Road, Caller who is a caretaker, stated his client refused to get into his vehicle to be transported back home. Officers were canceled prior to arrival, communications advised the client complied and the caller no longer needed police services. No report.  

1258 Hrs., Premise check / 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / all clear 

1337 Hrs., Premise check /7700 block Riverdale Road / all clear 

1418 Hrs., Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Road / all clear. 

1443 Hrs., Premise Check /8100 block of Gavin Street all clear 

1508 Hrs., Premise check/ 5500 block of Karen Elaine Drive/ all clear

1536 Hrs., Accident Annapolis Road and 85th Avenue (Intersection) Two vehicles involving in an accident. Property damages only, no injuries, and information was exchanged. No report.

1614 Hrs., Domestic 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive / Caller stated she was involved in a verbal dispute with her husband over a missing cell phone. The cell phone was subsequently located, the caller and the husband both refused further police services and a police report. No report.

1640 hrs., Commercial Alarm 8400 block Annapolis Road / Employee on the scene, she was closing business for the day and accidentally set the alarm off. Everything clear, no report.

1650 hrs., Hit and Run /Garrison road and Annapolis Road, Caller stated while on Garrison road attempting to turn onto Annapolis Road, a vehicle struck him in the rear causing minor damages to his bumper. The suspect vehicle failed to remain on scene, however; after officers advised the caller he no longer wanted police services.  No report.       

1855 HOURS- ACCIDENT CALL- CARROLLTON PKWY AND QUENTIN ST.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE. 

1940 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.  

2022 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.- ALL CLEAR. 

2105 HOURS- ACCIDENT CALL- ANNAPOLIS RD AND 85TH AVE.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE. 

2217 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

2340 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE.- ALL CLEAR.

2355 HOURS- DISABLE VEHICLE- 8600 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD.- OFFICERS DISCOVERED A DISABLE VEHICLE IN THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER OF THAT VEHICLE CALLED HIS INSURANCE AND THEY SEND HIM THE TOW TRUCK, THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED FROM THE ROADWAY.

0023 HOURS- WARRANT ARREST/ THEFT- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD  - THE CALLER STATED THERE WERE  2 MALES IN THE T/A WHO ARE REFUSING TO PAY THEIR BILL. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE SUSPECTS, BOTH SUSPECT WEREN’T  ABLE TO PAY FOR THEIR MEALS. A WARRANT CHECK THROUGH POLICE COMMUNICATIONS REVEALED ONE OF THE SUSPECTS TO HAVE SEVERAL OPEN WARRANTS FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS. THAT SUSPECT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TRANSPORTED TO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION IN UPPER MARLBORO FOR PROCESSING. REPORT WRITTEN

0421 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0502 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7500 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0533 HOURS- ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES- 5700 BLOCK 85TH AVE- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT-2 WHEN PULLING OUT OF HIS DRIVE WAY CAUSING UNIT-1 TO LEAVE THE ROADWAY, DRIVE OVER THE FLOWER BED IN THE MEDIAN. THE DRIVER OF UNIT-1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT FOR MINOR INJURIES. NO VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0622  Hours -Premise Check-  8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0712  Hours -Premise Check-  8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0822 Hours -Accident- 8300 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a two-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
