0650 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.  

0715 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0740 hrs., 8600 block Annapolis Rd/ Roommate dispute, caller stated he was staying at his cousins friend's house and they got into an argument.  The caller stated he did not want to fight so he left the residence to cool down.  However he was unable to get back inside due to the Roommate leaving.  The Roommate came back and let the caller in to get his belongings and he left the area.  Both parties were advised.  

0817 hrs., 6600 Chestnut St/ Burglary, caller stated sometime during the night someone made entry into their residence and stole several items.  There was no forced entry made into the residence, but the residents were inside asleep.  Officers canvassed the neighborhood; Detective Monge and NC2 were notified of the incident. REPORT WRITTEN

1000 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1030 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

1105 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

1129 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Domestic Dispute, Caller stated she and her boyfriend got into an argument last night about intimacy and it carried over into today.  Officers could see no signs of any physical dispute occurring.  Both parties were calm when Officers left. REPORT WRITTEN

1205 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30 (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1245 hrs., 6100 block Lamont Dr. / Accident, one vehicle obtained disabling damage (air bag deployed) but no injuries were claimed on scene by any party.  Vehicle was parked legally for the owners to contact the insurance company. REPORT WRITTEN

1340 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost, check clear.

1421 hrs., Residential check/ 6000 block Mentana St (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1427 hrs., Vera Cope Weinbach Park/ Suspicious Person, Officers observed a male sitting on the bench and stopped to identify him.  He was a homeless male who stopped to rest. A FIELD CONTACT WAS COMPLETED BY OFFICERS

1453 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious Persons, caller stated two females with a child in a stroller were walking around and begging for money.  Officers located them, identified them, advised them, and sent them on their way. REPORT WRITTEN

1545 hrs., 8300 block Longfellow St/ Domestic Standby, Caller stated he was given a Protective Order against him at court a few days ago but he needed to get his items.  Offices advised him he needed to contact the Prince George's County Sheriff's Department for a standby to get his belongings.  Caller was not satisfied with the response from Officers and became upset.  Again he was advised.

1614 hrs., 6600 block Lamont Dr. / Threat complaint, Caller stated an unknown male was calling threatening him to pay for services rendered by a female.  Officers attempted to contact the male caller but the information given by both parties was only partial and did not make sense.  After investigating and speaking to the caller more the call was a scam in order to obtain money from him.  The caller was advised what action he could take. REPORT WRITTEN

1912 Accident/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / caller advised someone hit his vehicle. The damage happened while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot. REPORT WRITTEN

1954 Found/ 7300 block Oakcrest / caller found a speed bike unsecured next to a tree. The bicycle was placed in property. REPORT WRITTEN

2015 Domestic Standby/ 7900 block Legation Rd / issue was in reference to child custody. The child was not at the residence but returning shortly with his grandmother. The complaint/mother was advised

2039 Missing/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd / caller advised son hasn’t been seen since 1700. Upon arrival, officers were canceled, as the mother located the child. 

2100 Residential Alarm/ 8300 block Donoghue Dr. / all doors and windows checked secure 

2225 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear

2317 Premise Check/ 6400 block Fairborn Terr. / area was clear

0120 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / male was causing a disturbance in the store. The store personnel requested the male leave. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

0215 Hang Up/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd / officers knocked on the door several times with no answer. 

0319 Accident/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers 

0410 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd business as usual, no issues reported

0450 Premise Check/ Heritage Square and surrounding complexes were clear

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0622  Hours -Premise Check-  8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0712  Hours -Premise Check-  8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0822 Hours -Accident- 8300 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a two-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
