0655 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0720 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0810 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR A 911 HANG-UP, WHERE THE CALLER SCREAMED FOR HELP, SPOKE ENGLISH THEN SWITCHED TO JAPANESE, LAUGHED AND HUNG UP THEIR CELL PHONE.  DISPATCH PINGED THE LOCATION FROM A CELL TOWER, AND UPON CALL BACK, THE CALLER SWITCHED TO A THIRD LANGUAGE THEN COUNTED TO "16" REPEATEDLY.  OFFICERS CHECKED THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND ADJOINING AREAS WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.

0841 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0931 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -   UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION, AND DISCOVERED PGPD ON SCENE FACILITATING AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION (TRAINING PURPOSES).

0950 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1035 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

1145 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

1305 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  ALL CLEAR. 

1355 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ON-GOING NEIGHBOR DISPUTE OVER LOUD NOISE.  THE CALLER AS MET, ADVISED THE ISSUE WAS CIVIL AND REFERRED TO LANDLORD/TENANT FOR RESOLUTION.

1455 HOURS- NOTIFICATION- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. DOCTORS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL REQUESTED AN OFFICER TO RESPOND TO THE LOCATION TO MAKE NOTIFICATION TO THE RESIDENT, THAT A PATIENT RELATED TO THE RESIDENT WAS READY FOR DISCHARGE FROM CARE.  OFFICERS WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE RESIDENT DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, AND THE CALLER WAS UNABLE TO BE REACHED BY DISPATCH.

1456 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 7600 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A FEMALE WHO CLIMBED INTO A DELIVERY TRUCK TO ESCAPE THE COLD, THEN REFUSED TO EXIT THE VEHICLE.  THE FEMALE WAS REMOVED FROM THE DELIVERY TRUCK, IDENTIFIED, AND TRANSPORTED BACK TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL, WHERE SHE HAD WALKED AWAY FROM HER ROOM WITHOUT NOTICE. REPORT WRITTEN

1511 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ON-GOING NEIGHBOR DISPUTE OVER LOUD NOISE.  THE CALLER AS MET, ADVISED THE ISSUE WAS CIVIL AND REFERRED TO LANDLORD/TENANT FOR RESOLUTION.

1536 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

1553 HOURS- ALARM- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION FROM THE RESIDENCE FRONT DOOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURE WITH NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY; UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM, FARU # POVIDED.

1621 HOURS- C.D.S. COMPLAINT- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF THE SMELL OF C.D.S. IN THE BUILDING.  

1643 HOURS- CHECK THE WELFARE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE RESIDENCE AT THE REQUEST OF A FAMILY MEMBER CONCERNED FOR THEIR RELATIVE WHO WOULD NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, WHO REFUSED TO OPEN THE DOOR TO THE APARTMENT, STATING HE WAS WATCHING TELEVISION AND DID NOT WANT TO BE DISTURBED; OFFICERS HAVE HAD PREVIOUS ENCOUNTERS WITH THE RESIDENT, WHO HAS NEVER ATTEMPTED TO HARM HIMSELF, OFFICERS ADVISED THE RESIDENT TO CONTACT HIS RELATIVE AT HIS CONVENIENCE.

1658 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  WHILE ANSWERING THE PREVIOUS CALL, OFFICERS WERE FLAGGED DOWN BY A RESIDENT WHO STATED HER PARKED VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED BY UNKNOWN MEANS.  ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION WAS OBTAINED AND THE RESIDENT WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1915 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

2030 hrs., Disorderly/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated the employee from T/A did not put all the money on his rush card so he could pay his phone. The manager of T/A advised it was a honest mistake. The manager corrected the problem and put the rest of the caller money on his card.

2050 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ All Clear.

2130 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ All Clear.

2245 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

2315 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

2325 hrs., Locate Missing/ 6600 block Chestnut Ave/ Caller stated that her daughter was missing and that she was located at this residence. Officers spoke with the home owner of the address, who allowed officers to search the residence for missing which yielded negative results. The caller was advised her daughter was not at this resident. The caller advised officers she lives in Greenbelt and that she already reported her daughter missing.

0010 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / All Clear.

0020 hrs., Welfare Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated they were walking home from work and observed a homeless man behind the 7 Eleven. Caller stated the male was talking to himself and shivering. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with the male in questioning, who advised officers he was fine and that he did not need any assistance.

0230 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

0232 hrs., Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated there was loud noise coming from one of the rooms in the hotel that were being loud. Caller stated he wanted the guest removed from the premises. Prior to officers getting there the guest had lowered their noise level so caller advised he no longer needed police services.

0235 hrs., Suspicious Person/ 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Caller stated there were two males knocking on his door to get into his residence. Officers responded on scene spoke with the caller, who advised both males had handguns on their persons. The caller stated he knew who they were. While officers were asking the caller questions, he stated he no longer wanted police services.

0237 hrs., Suspicious Person/ 6600 block Fairbanks St/ Caller stated there was a male who knocked on his door and asked to come in. Caller stated the male had a gun on his persons.  Officers responded to the scene and while questioning the caller, officers who were canvassing observed a male who matched the description that was given. Officers stop the male and asked him what he was doing. The male stated his phone was dead and he was trying to use their phone to call for a ride home. The male did not have any weapons on him and a warrant check was conducted, which yielded negative results. The male was advised and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
