0605 HOURS- COMMERCIAL ALARM- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE T/A SECURE WITH NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY; UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION.

0640 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0719 HOURS- STOLEN AUTO- 5900 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  CALLER REPORTED HE LEFT HIS VEHICLE RUNNING IN FRONT OF THE LOCATION, AND AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT ENTERED THE VEHICLE, THEN DROVE IT FROM SCENE, MAKING GOOD OF THEIR ESCAPE.  THE CALLER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE REGISTRATION INFORMATION BUT PROVIDED THE V.I.N. FOR THE REPORT.  THE CALLER WAS ISSUED A CITATION FOR LEAVING HIS VEHICLE RUNNING AND UNATTENDED, AND ADVISED.  THE VEHICLE WAS ENTERED INTO N.C.I.C. AS "STOLEN". REPORT WRITTEN

0839 HOURS- DEATH REPORT- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A HOME CARE NURSE REPORTED HER CLIENT WAS UNRESPONSIVE.  PGFD RESPONDED TO SCENE AND PRONOUNCED THE RESIDENT DECEASED.  THE DECEDENTS DOCTOR WAS CONTACTED AND AGREED TO SIGN THE DEATH CERTIFICATE.  PGPD HOMICIDE AND O.C.M.E. WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT AND DECLINED TO RESPOND BASED ON CIRCUMSTANCES.  NCPD3 WAS APPRISED OF THE INCIDENT; A DEATH SCENE CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

1110 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

1130 HOURS- THEFT- 8200 BLOCK OGLTHORPE ST.-  CALLER REPORTED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT DEPOSITED MONEY INTO HER BANK ACCOUNT, THEN WITHDREW FUNDS, ALL WITHOUT HER AUTHORIZATION.  THE CALLER WAS MET AND IT WAS DETERMINED SHE LIVES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS IN LAUREL, MD.  THE CALLER WAS REFERRED TO THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY FOR REPORTING.

1212 HOURS- SHOPLIFTING COMPLAINT- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN UNCOOPERATIVE SHOPLIFTER IN THE CUSTODY OF LOSS PREVENTION.  THE SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, BARRED FROM THE T/A BY L/P, PHOTOGRAPHED, ISSUED A CRIMINAL CITATION FOR THEFT, THEN SENT ON HIS WAY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1258 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1408 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A REPORT OF A DOMESTIC ASSAULT.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH A FEMALE RESIDENT WHO REPORTED BEING ASSAULTED BY A MALE FRIEND.  THE FEMALE REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT, SHOWED NO SIGNS OF INJURY, AND COULD NOT PROVIDE CERTAIN DETAILS OF THE SUSPECT.  THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED A VICTIM ASSISTANCE BROCHURE, REFERRED TO THE COURT COMMISSIONER FOR CHARGES/ORDERS, PHOTOGRAPHED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS. REPORT WRITTEN

1450 HOURS- ASSIST PGPD- CHARLES CARROLL- AT THE REQUEST OF P.G.P.D. R.S.T, A UNIFORMED OFFICER ASSISTED WITH THE RECORDED INTERVIEW OF A JUVENILE ROBBERY SUSPECT.  HANDLED BY PGPD R.S.T., NO ACTION TAKEN BY OFFICERS.

1535 HOURS- FIGHT- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ANONYMOUS REPORT OF CHILDREN FIGHTING.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA, AND MET SEVERAL ADULTS WAITING FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN; NO FIGHT WAS VERIFIED OR OBSERVED.

1555 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

2157 hrs., Station Call - 7700 block Arehart Drive - Caller reported three vehicles abandoned at location / REPORT WRITTEN

2238 hrs., Unknown Trouble – 5300 block 85th Avenue - Caller reported they heard suspicious noises outside and due to the recent killing of their son they wanted officers to check it out / Area canvassed with nothing found and no call back (caller remained anonymous)

2246 hrs., Loud Music Complaint – 7700 block Riverdale Road - Caller reported they heard loud music / Nothing heard, no caller

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
