1000 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - manager alerted officers of a potential shoplifter. The manager didn’t want any enforcement due to the subject leaving the store without merchandise

1130 Premise Check/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd -normal business, no issues reported 

1200 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - area was clear

1205 Vehicle Impound/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - tag readers alerted on a vehicle parked on the street had a tag pick up order. The tags were removed and vehicle impounded. REPORT WRITTEN

1225 Recovered Property/ 6400 block Fairborn Terrace - vehicle was spotted with invalid license plates. The plates were removed and placed into property. REPORT WRITTEN

1322 Residential Alarm/ 6600 block Adrian St / alarm from front door. Spoke with homeowner on scene, who activated the alarm accidentally

1430 Vehicle Release/ NCPD -owner came to claim their vehicle impounded yesterday. The vehicle was successfully released

1528 Suspicious Person/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / male was panhandling in front of the store. Officers made contact and checked the male for warrants with negative results. The male was advised of panhandling and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

1545 Suspicious Person/ 8300 block Annapolis Road / male was observed walking out of 7-11 without paying for his drink. The subject was stopped, identified, checked for warrants with negative results. The subject returned and paid for his drink without further incident. REPORT WRITTEN

1930 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

2145 hrs., 7800 block Powhatan St/ Hit and Run, Vehicle was backing out of their driveway when a vehicle struck it, then struck a parked vehicle.  The vehicle fled without stopping to provide information to either owner of the vehicles.  Officers canvassed the area with negative results.  No injuries were reported and both vehicles left on scene had minor damage. REPORT WRITTEN

0005 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, caller stated her husband is in jail and his sister has his van.  Officers advised her that the vehicle was not registered to her and she stated her husband let his sister have the vehicle, therefore the vehicle was legally given to his sister and no report could be taken.  She was advised.

0030 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

0125 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

0202 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

0240 hrs., Business check/ 8000 block Annapolis Rd, check clear.

0303 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious Persons, Officers were conducting a check of the business when they could hear several voices, which appeared to be arguing.  Officers stopped all parties involved and discovered it was a male and a female arguing over breaking up.  The third person was the male the female called to give her a ride home.  All parties lived outside of the area but gathered by the bus stop due to them all getting off of work. All parties were calm and sent on their way. REPORT WRITTEN
