Disorderly 7700 block Riverdale Road , Caller reported
her former co-worker called her and made threats to come to her house and
assault her. The dispute is an ongoing since August of last year, over an

1240 hrs., Accident
with injuries, 8400 block of Annapolis Road / Unit-1 brakes malfunction and
stuck Unit-2 causing both vehicles to be disabled. The driver of Unit-2
sustained Non-life threatening injuries and she was transported to the hospital
for treatment. The driver of Unit-1 was ok and refused medical services.
Both vehicles were impounded by Charlie’s for safe keeping. REPORT

Unit-2. Both vehicles sustained minor damages and bother drivers refused

Accident (Westbound) 8600 block of Annapolis Road. Unit-1 exited 495 SB
onto Annapolis road and merged in front of Unit-2 causing Unit-2 to rear end
Unit-1. Both vehicles sustained minor damages and both drivers refused medical
attention. Information was exchanged and both parties were advised. No

Tenant Dispute 6200 block 85th place, Caller wanted
instructions on how to evict his tenant. He was advised and provided with a
Prince George’s County Land Lord Tenant Laws pamphlet. No report.

Dispute 6100 block 85th place, Caller stated her
child’s father failed to bring their child back in time for an event. The
caller stated this is an on-going issue, and there is no court order or joint
custody paperwork involved. She was advised what to do and to seek further
assistance from the District Courts. No report.

Disorderly/EPS 5400 block 85th Avenue, Caller reported her
husband is Schizophrenic and bipolar and refuse to take his medications.
The caller stated her husband went outside bothering people and threatening
citizens walking by. The suspect demonstrated behaviors that meet the criteria
for psychological evaluation. He was placed into custody and transported
to Prince George’s Hospital Center for Petition for Emergency Evaluation. REPORT

accident 8000 block Annapolis Road, Both Unit-1
and Unit-2 at the same time attempted to merge into the center lane on
(Eastbound) Annapolis road and collided. Both vehicles sustained minor
damages, and both drivers refused medical attention. Information was exchanged
and both parties advised. No report
1840 hrs., 8500 block Madison St/ Alarm, Officers checked the
residence it was accidental by the homeowner and the alarm is having technical
problems.
1944 hrs., 5200 block 85th Ave/ Property Damage, caller
stated there was damage done to her vehicle in an unknown manner. There
were no signs of another vehicle striking it and at this time Officers are
unsure how the damage may have occurred. REPORT WRITTEN

stated they were attempting to move out but the landlord refused to move his
vehicle so they could leave. He was advised to move his vehicle and let
the caller move out with no issues. He stated he would move so they could

incident started outside of our jurisdiction with the caller being cut off by
another vehicle and yelled at by the driver. Caller stated the vehicle
then somehow got behind him and attempted to follow him to
his residence. Caller stated he refused to go to his residence in
case the driver of the vehicle would locate him and continue the
incident. Caller wanted Officers to canvas the area to see if we could
find the vehicle, Officers were unable to locate the vehicle or the driver.
