observed in open public view next to her, pleasuring himself. The caller stated
A-1 was staring at her while performing the sexual act upon himself. Officers
observed A-1 in action, he was stopped and placed under arrest and transported
to Dept. Of Corrections in Hyattsville, Maryland. The caller provided a written

parked her vehicle yesterday on (5/29/18) overnight in her complex parking lot,
and upon her report today, she observed minor damages on her front

he lost his front registration plate to his vehicle while traveling. He

his neighbor upstairs had taken a photograph of him from her cellular
phone. Officers made contact with the neighbor who stated she took the photo
because she asked the caller to not smoke in the hallway and he was rude. The
caller and the neighbor were able to talk about the issue and settle the
dispute. Both parties stated they no longer required further police services.
