0845 Hrs., Accident / 8600 block of Annapolis Road (Intersection of 450 & SB ramp 495) / Unit-1 conducted a left turn, failed to yield right of way and struck Unit-2. No injuries reported and both vehicles were disabled and impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN

0945 Hrs., Family Dispute 8600 block Annapolis Road / The caller cancelled officers upon arrival and stated everything is settled and no longer required police services. No report.

1453 Hrs., Disorderly Arrest 8200 block Annapolis Road / Caller reported while sitting inside her vehicle in the parking lot, A-1 was observed in open public view next to her, pleasuring himself. The caller stated A-1 was staring at her while performing the sexual act upon himself. Officers observed A-1 in action, he was stopped and placed under arrest and transported to Dept. Of Corrections in Hyattsville, Maryland. The caller provided a written statement. REPORT WRITTEN

1458 Hrs., Property Damage 5200 block 85th Avenue / Caller reported she parked her vehicle yesterday on (5/29/18) overnight in her complex parking lot, and upon her report today, she observed minor damages on her front bumper. REPORT WRITTEN

1520 Hrs., Lost Property 8300 block Carrollton Parkway, Caller stated he lost his front registration plate to his vehicle while traveling. He provided the incident number to submit to M.V.A. REPORT WRITTEN         

1600 Hrs., Station Call/Animal Complaint, Quentin Street and Quentin Court Citizen called to report a brown and white pit bull running  loose in the area. Officers canvassed the area with nothing found. No report.  

1645 Hrs., Premise Check 5800 block Runford Drive, a citizen complained of people drinking and littering at this location. Officers checked the area and observed no issues. All clear no report.

1716 Hrs., Premise check / 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / all clear

1723 Hrs., Disorderly / 5300 block 85th Avenue / Caller reported his neighbor upstairs had taken a photograph of him from her cellular phone. Officers made contact with the neighbor who stated she took the photo because she asked the caller to not smoke in the hallway and he was rude. The caller and the neighbor were able to talk about the issue and settle the dispute. Both parties stated they no longer required further police services. No report.  

1804 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE BETWEEN INVOLVED PARTIES.

1847 HOURS-  MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.   

1936 HOURS- STOLEN VEHICLE- 6400 BLOCK FAIRBORN TERR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF  STOLEN VEHICLE.  "V-1" STATED A FEMALE ACQUAINTANCE TOOK HIS VEHICLE WITHOUT PERMISSION. HE FILED CHARGES AT THE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE AND WANTED THE VEHICLE ENTERED INTO N.C.I.C.  ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION WAS COLLECTED FOR REPORT AND TELETYPE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

2027 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CHARLES CARROLL-  ALL CLEAR.

2113 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 8500 BLOCK OGLETHORPE ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE RESIDENCE AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HER ESTRANGED HUSBAND HAD TAKEN YARD EQUIPMENT FROM THE SHED.  THERE ARE NO COURT ORDERS IN PLACE AND THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION IS MARITAL PROPERTY; NO DOMESTIC, CIVIL DISPUTE, THE CALLER WAS REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES.

2128 HOURS- VANDALISM- 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HER WINDOW BROKEN BY AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT WHO THREW AN IRON WEIGHT THROUGH THE WINDOW; THE SUSPECT THEN FLED THE SCENE.  THE CALLER WAS MET, THE DAMAGE DOCUMENTED AND THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR RENTAL MANAGEMENT. REPORT WRITTEN

2327 HOURS- VANDALISM- 530 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HER SLIDING DOOR DAMAGED BY UNKNOWN MEANS.  THE SCENE WAS PHOTOGRAPHED, AND THE CALLER PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR THIS INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

0025 HOURS- SOUND OF GUNSHOTS- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR AN ANONYMOUS REPORT OF GUNSHOTS.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS FOR EVIDENCE OR WITNESSES OF GUNSHOTS. OFFICER WERE IN THE AREA AT THE TIME OF CALL AND ALSO DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SOUND OF GUNSHOTS.

0059 HOURS- ASSIST M.S.P.- 495 S/ANNAPOLIS RD.-  M.S.P. REQUESTED OFFICERS TO ASSIST WITH A MALE WHO WAS SUSPECTED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF C.D.S. OFFICERS RESPONDED, ASSISTED WITH THE ARREST AND TRANSPORT OF THE MALE TO M.S.P. COLLEGE PARK.  NEITHER THE SUSPECT, NOR ANY OFFICERS ON SCENE WERE INJURED DURING THIS INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

0151 HOURS- DOMESTIC- METRO POINTS- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE OVER A CELL PHONE.  BOTH PARTIES WERE MET, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE AND PHOTOGRAPHED.  BOTH PARTIES CLAIMED ASSAULT AND REFUSED POLICE SERVICES; BOTH WERE ADVISED AND REFERRED TO THE COURT COMMISSIONER FOR SERVICES; THE MALE ELECTED TO LEAVE THE LOCATION.
