0620 Hrs., Suspicious person 8400 block Annapolis Road / Police communications advised a female suspect was standing in front of the business loitering and panhandling. Officers arrived on the scene and observed no sign of anyone, a canvass of the area was conducted with negative results. No report. 
0733 Hrs., Animal Complaint / 6500 block of Lamont Place, Caller reported a loose dog running around in the roadway. Officers canvass the area with negative results. No report.    
0804 Hrs., Premise Check Karen Elaine Drive and Fontaine bleu Drive / all clear no report. 
0840 Hrs., Premise Check 7700-7800 block of Riverdale Road / all clear no report. 
0930 hrs., Station call/Fraud  6016 Princess Garden Pkwy, Caller stated the IRS called him and advised he owed a significant amount of money, the caller stated after doing further research, it was revealed, an unknown suspect claimed taxes in his name. He was given the report number to submit to the IRS and was advised. REPORT WRITTEN
1051 Hrs., Domestic / 7700 block Powhatan Street, Caller reported her ex-boyfriend, was outside of her residence knocking on her doors and windows. The caller stated she separated from her boyfriend several months ago, and he keeps harassing her. The caller was advised to seek a protective order through the District Courts and she was provided with the incident number for this incident. REPORT WRITTEN   
1145 Hrs., Disorderly 8400 block Annapolis Road / the store manager reported a male suspect was panhandling and bothering customers in front of the business. The suspect was gone prior to officers’ arrival, a canvass of the area was conducted with negative results. No report.   
1350 Hrs., Premise Check 5800 block Runford Drive, a citizen complained of people drinking and littering at this location. Officers checked the area and observed no issues. All clear no report.
1428 Hrs., Premise Check / 5900 block of 89th Avenue / check clear no report.  
1515 Hrs., Premise Check / 6600 block of Chestnut Ave / all clear no report. 
1550 Hrs., Premise Check / 7500 block of Good Luck Road/ all clear.
1648 hrs., Parking Complaint / 8900 block Madison Street / Caller reported that a vehicle was blocking his driveway. The vehicle was less than 6ft from the caller's driveway and that vehicle was issued a parking citation
1718 hrs., Family Dispute/ 8100 block Gavin Street / The caller stated her son refused to go to a special alternative school located in Howard County, Maryland. The son was not on the scene however, the caller was intoxicated. She became uncooperative with officers on scene and refused further polices services. No report.   
1842 HOURS-  MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASSED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME. 

1930 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR. -  3RD PARTY CALLER REPORTED A DOMESTIC DISPUTE AT THE LOCATION.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET THE RESIDENTS OF THE APARTMENT, WHO WERE IDENTIFIED, PHOTOGRAPHED, AND ADVISED.  NO ASSAULT WAS VERIFIED OR CLAIMED. REPORT WRITTEN

1953 HOURS- ABANDONED CHILD- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  PART-TIME OFFICER WAS APPROACHED BY A JUVENILE FEMALE WHO STATED HER MOTHER LEFT HER AT THE LOCATION AS A DISCIPLINARY ACTION.  THE CHILDS MOTHER ARRIVED ON SCENE FROM A T/A IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER, WAS INTERVIEWED AND IDENTIFIED.  BOTH FEMALES WERE PHOTOGRAPHED FOR REPORT DOCUMENTATION; CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT AND WILL CONDUCT THEIR INVESTIGATION. REPORT WRITTEN

2111 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

2138 HOURS- ALARM- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE T/A FOR AN ALARM FROM THE FRONT DOOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE T/A SECURE, WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION.

2143 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.

2242 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE-  ALL CLEAR.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
