0625 Hrs., Family Dispute / 6100 block 84th Avenue, the caller stated her adult son has a drinking problem and only wanted instructions on how to seek assistance. The caller did not require/need any police action, however; she was provided the contact information for Family Crisis and several Treatment Centers throughout Prince George’s County, MD for further assistance. No report. 
0718 hrs., Check welfare 8500 block Carrollton Pkwy, everything checked clear, the caller wanted to utilize police and paramedics to removed her niece from her residence because of she was taking up her "personal space". The niece did not require medical attention and refused both police and paramedics services. The caller was advised to seek further assistance through the Land Lord Tenant Court in Upper Marlboro to have her niece properly evicted. No report.

0905 hrs., Property Damage 8300 block Annapolis Road / The caller stated a blue box truck was backing away from the gas pump and struck the roof canopy, causing minor damages. REPORT WRITTEN

1051 hrs., Property Damage / 8400 block Cathedral Ave / No property damage verified, the caller stated someone used white chalk to draw a enlarged picture of  "The Male External Genitalia" in his driveway. The caller did not want a written report, however; he wanted to inform officers, that its possible children from the nearby school in the area may have performed the artwork. No report.     
1135 hrs., Fight 8400 block Annapolis Road / School staff member reported one of her students and an unknown female were engaged in a physical altercation. Officers made contact with the student who showed no signs of injury or an assault, she refused medical services and refused to cooperate with officers by refusing to provide a verbal/written statement on the incident. The student stated she is familiar with the female suspect, however; she refused to provide a description or information because the police are the "opposition". No report.    
1200 Hrs., Premise Check 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear
1342 hrs., Accident / 8600 block of Annapolis road, Two vehicles involving in an accident, minor property damages, no injuries reported and information was exchanged. No report.
1415 hrs., Neighbor Dispute / 5400 block 85th Avenue / The caller stated he used to be intimate with his neighbor in the past. Since their separation, he believes his neighbor tries to start arguments with him. The caller stated he does not want to get his neighbor in trouble, but wants to seek other options. He was advised to seek a temporary peace order through the District Commissioner's Office for further assistance. No report.   
1550 Hrs., Premise Check 5800 block Runford Drive, a citizen complained of people drinking and littering at this location. Officers checked the area and observed no issues. All clear no report.

1852 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1953 HOURS- ALARM- 8300 BLOCK OLIVER ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A PANIC ALARM.  OFFICERS MET THE RESIDENT, WHO STATED SHE ACCIDENTALLY ACTIVATED THE ALARM VIA A REMOTE DEVICE ON HER CAR KEYS; NO POLICE SERVICES REQUIRED.

2022 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

2135 HOURS- MUSIC COMPLAINT- 7400 BLOCK LEAHY RD. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A REPORT OF A LOUD PARTY.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, WHO WAS ADVISED OF THE NOISE ORDINANCE AND TURNED THE MUSIC DOWN.

2153 HOURS- DISORDERLY- METRO POINTS-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE METRO POINTS TO ASSIST PART TIME UNITS WITH A LARGE CROWD OF JUVENILES WHO WERE DENIED ACCESS TO A PRIVATE PARTY.  THE JUVENILES WERE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

2210 HOURS- ROOMMATE-6600 BLOCK CHESTNUT AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A LANDLORD/TENANT DISPUTE OVER HOUSEHOLD RESPONSIBILITIES.  ALL PARTIES WERE MET, ADVISED AND REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES.

2234 HOURS- ALARM- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE FOODWAY FOR AN ALARM FROM THE FRONT DOOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED AN UNSECURED DOOR, MADE ENTRY TO THE T/A, LOCATED AN OVERNIGHT EMPLOYEE WHO STATED THE MANAGER HAD JUST LEFT AND FAILED TO SECURE THE DOOR.  ACCIDENTAL BY T/A EMPLOYEE.

2255 HOURS- C.D.S. ARREST-ANNAPOLIS RD. /RIVERDALE RD.- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR REPORT OF A FEMALE ACTING ERRATICALLY IN THE ROADWAY.  THE FEMALE WAS LOCATED IN THE AREA, DISCOVERED TO POSSESS C.D.S. AND WAS TRESPASSING ON POSTED PROPERTY; THE FEMALE WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C. FOR PROCESSING. REPORT WRITTEN

2305 HOURS- LOUD MUSIC- 7900 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A REPORT OF A LOUD PARTY.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, WHO WAS ADVISED OF THE NOISE ORDINANCE AND TURNED THE MUSIC DOWN.

0126 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE 7-ELEVEN FOR A MALE WHO WAS STRANDED AT THE LOCATION.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE, WHOSE PHONE WAS BROKEN, AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A TAXI TO PICK HIM UP AND TAKE HIM HOME.

0225 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.
