0632 Hrs., Breaking & Entering, 7700 block Riverdale Road / Caller stated someone attempted to break into her residence, officers checked the door and all doors, which showed no signs of forced entry. Officers have responded several times in the past at this location and are familiar with the complaint who suffers from a mental disability. There were no signs of a crime, and the complaint was advised. No report.
0656 Hrs., Departmental / 7700 block Riverdale Road, while Officers were investigating the above-listed call for service, An Vehicle was backing out of a designated parking lane and struck a government vehicle which was parked. No injuries sustained; property damages only. REPORT WRITTEN 
0830 Hrs., Premise check / 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / all clear
0955 hrs., Warrant Service / 5900 block Harland Street / Caller reported her juvenile son was acting disorderly and he has a warrant. Officers responded, and made contact with the juvenile. A warrant check was conducted and the suspect had a warrant open thru Prince Georges County for Robbery and possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. The suspect was placed into custody and transported to Juvenile services court in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. REPORT WRITTEN
1036 hrs., Trespassing/ 6100 block Lamont Drive/ School Security Officer stated, yesterday on (04/30/18) at approximately 1517 hrs., he observed a black male (5’9 slim build, wearing all black) walking around on the second floor, “scoping the place out”. The suspect did not make entry into the classrooms. The School Security Officer attempted to make contact, however; the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction. NCPD CID was on the scene, Command staff was notified. REPORT WRITTEN
1145 hrs., Premise Check / 8100 block of Gavin Street / all clear 
1333 Hrs., Accident / 8400 block of Annapolis Road / two vehicles involved in an accident, no injuries and minor property damages. All information was exchanged and both parties were advised.  No report.
1500 Hrs., Fight / 6600 block Rycroft Avenue / Caller stated she was involved in a verbal dispute with her baby’s father because he did not have money to purchase formula for their baby. No signs of a fight or physical assault, both parties refused medical service and further police services. Officers purchased baby formula for the infant child, and everything was settled. No report.
1617 Hrs., Check Welfare / 5400 block 85th Ave / Caller is an administrator from Thomas Johnston Middle School and requested officers to check on the student because of alleged physical abuse at home. Officers made contact with the juvenile in question, officers observed no physical signs of physical abuse. The school guidance counselor was contacted via telephone with negative results. CPS was notified and they advised that they have already started their investigation in this matter. REPORT WRITTEN  
1702 hrs., Premise Check / 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / all clear
1812 Hours- EPS- 5400 block 85th Ave / While at the listed location, the Mobile Crisis Team Counselors spoke with a juvenile female who stated she was being abused by her mother’s husband. At this time the juvenile stated she wanted end her life. The female was then transported to a local hospital for treatment. REPORT WRITTEN

1957 Hours- Premise Check- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. / All Clear.

2010 Hours- Fight Call- 5800 block Harland St. - An unknown caller stated people were fighting at the listed location. Upon officer’s arrival, contact was made with two female subjects. Both female subjects stated they had been standing outside for a while talking and were unaware of a fight in the area. 

2021 Hours- Property Damage- 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr.- Caller stated she placed solar lights in the ground outside of her residence. The caller then stated discovered the lights had been damaged by unknown means. REPORT WRITTEN

2137 Hours- Premise Check- 6100 block Lamont Dr.- All Clear.

2240 Hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd.- All Clear.

2310 Hours- Unknown Trouble- 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr.- A third party caller contacted police communication stating her friend was being pursued  by a unknown male and was screaming for help. Officers arrived in the area and canvassed for both the female and male subjects. After checking the area with negative results several attempts were made to contact the caller, which were unsuccessful.

2334 Hours- Domestic Dispute/Arrest- 5400 block 85th Ave - A female caller stated she was attempting to leave her residence when her boyfriend took her car key preventing her doing so. Upon officer’s arrival, contact was made with both the female and male subject. As the male subject was explaining his involvement in the incident, the female subject ran towards the male subject and assaulted him. At this time the female subject was placed under arrest and transported to Hyattsville DOC for presentation of charges. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
