caller stated he lent his vehicle to the female that lived at the residence
last weekend and she has refused to return it. He went to Baltimore
County (where she picked the vehicle up at) and filed the complaint of an
Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle on the female. Several attempts were made
to contact the female, who was inside of the residence, but she refused to
answer the door. The caller stated he had a tow truck in route to pick up
his vehicle when the female finally decided to throw the keys out of the door
to the caller. The caller took the keys and his vehicle and left the area
without any further problems. NC2 was notified due to the constant
problems we have with the female and the fact that she has taken on resident in
the basement and charging them rent. Code Enforcement was also notified.

Disorderly, caller stated an unknown male was banging on her door.
Officers made contact with the caller who stated she did not call and she did
not know why we were there. Officers have had many calls to this location
and all have been unfounded. Caller was again advised.
1050 hrs., 7600 block Good Luck Rd/ Citizen complaints of
a vehicle speeding down the road. Officers checked the area with nothing
found. No caller information could be provided to obtain further
information.

1155 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Disorderly
Person, male was at the leasing office continually yelling at the leasing
specialists for a problem with the water from the rain outside. Caller
believes the water will come in soon and no one has returned his calls from the
office. Caller then called the fire department to assist him. Officers
called to cancel the fire department because they could not help with the
problem. Caller was advised it is a landscaping issue and all the rain is
not helping.
1216 hrs., 8000 block Annapolis Rd/ Accident, minor
damage to both vehicles and no parties claimed injury on scene. The
striking vehicle was impounded and the driver issued several citations due to

Accident, caller stated there was one vehicle that slid off the roadway and
into the grass area. Officers checked the whole area and were unable to
locate the vehicle. Communications was also unable to contact the caller
for more details about the location of the vehicle.

1503 hrs., Wendy's/ Dispute, female caller
stated a male was getting loud in the restaurant in an attempt to argue
with her. Male stated he was upset because he paid for her son to get his
hair cut and he just wanted to know what the plans for the rest of the day were
and she refused to tell him. Female half stated similar but stated she
did not feel she needed to tell him her plans. Then the male got upset
and walked out to cool off. They were advised and sent on their way.
1522 hrs., 8400 block Sprague Pl/ Property
damage, Caller stated he parked his vehicle last night with no damage.
When he woke up this morning and went out he noticed the rear window was
smashed and damaged by a bottle. The caller did not know who caused the

1526 hrs., 8000 block Annapolis Rd/ Hit and Run, caller
stated a vehicle behind him tapped him while he was sitting at the light.
The driver stopped but the caller was unsure if the information was correct. He
was advised to turn it into his insurance company and they will handle it.
1600 hrs., 6500 block Lamont Pl/ Animal complaint,
caller stated they caught a dog that had been running loose. They flagged

Person- Riverdale Rd & Annapolis Rd- Caller stated
his wife was chasing him down the street. Officers canvassed the area negative
results. The caller then notified police communication that he no longer need
police assistance.

Residential Alarm- 7400 block Longbranch Dr.- Police
communication advised of a possible glass break. Upon officers arrival the home
owner stated all was well and the alarm was accidental.
2020 Hours- Roommate
Dispute- 5400 block 84th Ave- Caller stated he
wanted his roommate removed from the residence. The caller stated he no longer
wanted the roommate living with him because she was acting crazy. Officers
advised the caller of the proper steps he need to follow to have his roommate
removed.
2130 Hours- Parking
Complaint- Legation Ct & Westbrook Dr.- caller stated a
vehicle was double parked in the roadway. Officer made contact with the owner
who moved the vehicle immediately.

Service- 7700 block Annapolis Rd.- Station
828 of the West Lanham Hills Fire Dept. requested police assistance after
hearing a loud crash outside the fire station. Fire personnel stated they
located a vehicle with front end damage at the listed location. Fire personnel
stated they headed towards that vehicle to render aid. When fire personnel
arrived at the vehicle it was unoccupied. A male subject was observed standing
near the vehicle, who refused medical treatment. Officer arrived on scene and
conducted a warrant check of the male subject who was scene. The warrant check
revealed the male subject had an open warrant through another local
jurisdiction, the male subject was placed under arrest and transported to DOC

Dispute- 6500 block Inlet St.-caller stated she wanted her brother to leave
her residence. Officers made contact with the caller’s brother who agreed to
leave without incident.
0134 Hours- Stolen
Vehicle- 5300 block 85th Ave- Caller
stated while at a party at the listed location her boyfriend became upset and
took her vehicle. After a brief investigation, the caller stated the boyfriend had
already been in possession of the vehicle. The caller then stated she was aware
that her boyfriend had driven the vehicle back to their residence. The caller
was advised to seek further assistance from the commissioner office if needed.

caller stated they could hear loud music outside their residence. Officer
